Just a question on the product. I have heard a lot of different reports on M4AD. I heard that you shouldn't take more than 50mgs a day for estrogen and liver issues, and I have heard to take up to 200mgs a day.. What is your best recomendation. Just so you know, I will not be coming out with a M4AD myself, just curious.

Most of our user feedback is from people taking a single 100 mg. dose per day. Some people do use 200 mg. per day, but that is the highest dose I would use. In my opinion, if you choose to use 200 mg. per day, your cycle time should be shorter.

As far as the only taking 50 mg. per day is concerned, when the compound first became available, I heard that as well. In practice though, I do not think people were getting the types of results that they wanted at 50 mg. or less per day.

We have not had any feedback of any problems with estrogen conversion from customers, even those using higher doses. Also, I haven't seen any reports anywhere of anyone having any negative effects on the liver from Methyl 4-AD. That said, liver support supplements are never a bad idea when using ANY methyl supplement by ANY manufacturerr.

Feedback on the product has been excellent overall, but especially from a strength perspective.
