Hello,

Just FYI, Microsoft has some AWESOME templates that can be dowloaded for Office products that assist with keeping up with food intake, work schedules, meal plans, etc.

Check them out...I'm impressed.

Nah... Go to Staples and purchase "Gowrite! self stick dry erase sheets". Download templates from MS, print templates and stick them on the refrigerator and near workout area. Record monthly data on template, then make copy via copy machine and erase the dry erase sheet so it can be used for next month. :D

I'm too lazy to workout and THEN spend time on computer recording data... :P

I bought a cheapy pocket pc device and installed "Mobile Coach"
http://www.biomobility.com/mobilecoach.htm
which allows you to enter your daily lifting, cardio, nutrition facts. You can then look at reports to see how well you are doing.
Overall, this program works pretty well...some of the "templates" to speed up the process of developing your workout schedule has Arnold's Suggested Workout plans which was nice.

Mysporttrainer http://www.mysporttraining.com/ has won the "best trainer" program for Palm and Pocket PC. I tested the trial and it worked great, but was too expensive.

Now a days, the pocket pc devices are small enough to take to the gym. Have a better battery life than a MP3 player. The ability to have my workout software, MP3, and Video is worth the extra money. And for those who are wondering....NO I don't "input" my time and weight into the device while working out. :) 90% of the guys at the gym are bigger and would kick my butt if I did such a thing.

Hey guys, I thought this planner looked pretty good, especially for beginers.
