Just a question about ordering ph's

Now if I order some phs but they are not in stock anymore am I still going to get charged? Do you guys not charge until you know the order is in stock? I bought some fizogen on cycle but havent been charged yet and was just wondering if that was because you are out of it already? I am just curious since it is so close to the ban that I dont want to get charged then say I have to pick something else out due to them being out of stock.

I'm just guessing here, but I wanted to say something since Chris hasn't probably read this yet. Don't hold this against me if I am wrong.

If you were to order a ph that is out of stock and it did not come back into stock, I wouldn't think you would be charged for it. I will say that with the exception of product that you have already ordered at this point, there are not many things left available to get.

I beleive the only product that is left by us is the MOHN XT, and we sent a bunch last week and there are very few left. This will be the last MOHN XT available before the ban. If anyone is interested while it is still in stock, here's the link:

Ya I ordered some of that stuff and s few other things. I was just wondering because some sites will charge you then be like, sorry this item is discontinued please select a different item or we will select one for you.

Credit cards are processed at point of sale. If you have an order number and you paid by cc, then your card was charged. The inventory was set, so every order for a ph was filled.

Best thing to do is check your email for a tracking number. If you have not received one yet, send in a help desk ticket or call customer service with your order number.

Ok dude, this is what I found.

I did a search on our database using you email address. I found one order with Fizogen On Cycle placed on Friday the 14th. This order number is 61410.

This is how you track you packages on line: Go to the order status system, pop in your order number and zip code and hit submit. This gives you your products, tracking numbers and the warehouses your products shipped from.

If you click on the tracking number, it will track the package through the respective carrier. Your Fizogen is in UT now and should be delivered tomorrow.

I really want folks filling out a help desk ticket for situations like this and not posting in the forum. It's now 2 days since you started this post and I'm now just helping you. I want to be the guy who helps his customers immediately, without delay.

On the other hand, thanks for letting me use you to remind folks about the Order Status System.

Chris ive always got an email right away then just put that number in the order status like for mine and it will be here on the 20th cant wait and your customer service rocks they are the best tell them that for me thanks
