hey chris i have one question reference these after the 20th is simply having possesion a crime or is the fact that you bought it before make you exempt from the law. I know its a federal law and not state yet but was just wondering what was going on with that

Chris that is a good post the problem now is that most local and state departments are going federal on all drug crimes as the penalties are usually stiffer and they are less likley to plea bargin out a charge. People need to keep in mind just be cause your state does not have a law yet the locals can still charge you in federal court.
