Special K 4XDay w/ 2% milk Cal. 1120, Fat 24, Carbs-112, protein 80
Pro complex protein1x day cal. 260, pro-55, carbs-4, fat. 2
Max muscle protein 3X day- cal.480, pro.120, carbs, 6, fat-6
Total
Protein-255
cal. 1860
Carbs-122
Fat-32
I drink 1 gallon of water per day and take digestive enzymes w/ all protein drinks.
Doing this to cut a little weight before my next cycle. Meals and shakes spaced out about every 2-3 hours. I have to have blood work done at the end of the month hence not a lot of other supps.
questions, feedback ,s-talking whatever, it's all good
ps I don't eat meat hence no chicken ot tuna or whatever.

Not much of a meat eater either Diz, I guess if you're looking to cut weight, maybe a little more cal 200-300. What's the routine like weights, cardio,etc.

added some cheeze its for some extra carbs, love those things. So far things are good.

Last 2 1/2/ weeks I'm doing cardio 5 days for 45min and lifting total body 3X week. I have lost some BF, but of course I lost a little muscle(going to put it back on When I due my PH cycle at the end of April. Here's an updated pix

i added it up and i think that is only 1796 calories a day.
how much do you weight

i'M DOWN FROM ABOUT 224 TO ABOUT 215. i JUST MIXED THINGS UP A BIT, CAN'T DO MY ph NEXT MONTH TO MANY FUNCTIONS TO DO SO i WILL CONTINUE TO PICK CARDIO UP 4-5 DAYS 2-3 WILL BE HARD ENDURANCE SWIMS, AND THE REST WILL BE GYM I.E BIKE, TREDMILL, ETC. I'M NOW DOING TOTAL BODY 3 DAYS A WEEK DOING 2-3 EXERCISES EACH PART W/ ABOUT 15-20 REPS. GONNA DO THIS UNTIL AFTER EASTER. I'M HOPING TO BE AROUND 210 AND HAVE STRIPPED THE BF A BIT.

at 215, I'd be eating at LEAST 2200 cals a day with a 50% protein, 30% carb, 20% fat split for macronutrients

Couple points:
(1) Special K is likely to raise blood sugar and if this is a "cut" then I would challenge its copious use in this fashion. The same could be said for ... GULP ... Cheez Its - WOW!
(2) I would bump up the fat tally myself. You consume only appx. 15% of calories from fat. This, in an already depleted vegetarian diet for substrate formation puts you in a category that may equivocate androgen deficiency. Subsequent muscle loss on this hypOcaloric diet will be magnified with consequent weight gain when you reach a set point.

I'm not looking for brad pit fight club cut , but more than I am now. I can always get my top abs to pop,it's that lower half :(. I have had the hardest time w/ diet/eating since I stopped eating meat ,eggs, (since I was 4). My diet mainly consists of yougurt, protein shakes, veggies, pasta, nuts and dried fruit, and my bigget vice pizza. Man I love Cheez its. I'm up to ant suggestions, becasue I know I'm a frqak when it comes to eating, more like a little girl ,but damn I tried doing egg whits w/ black beans in a wheat tortilla a year ago and puked everywhere, not good, not good at all.

I want to make sure I am getting the story correctly...
So, you are telling me since age 4 (when you were apparently ripped ;) ), you have sported what may be dubbed the "pleasantly plump" [dinoiii's politically correct fashion] physique? Then you go on to say you eat all of those better options listed above, yet somehow settle on Special K and Cheez Its for a "diet"...and then ended up querying why it is you tend to not see particular portions of your abdomen?
Well I wouldn't cross my fingers on it, but you could probably do better. "Vices" (as you list pizza) could make their way into a wonderful refeed after using the other items during say the week.

No i have never been fat, actually quite the the diffrence I've been tall my whole life and never have I been even called chubby. My eating thing has just been nuts though. I know it's weird , but I just never focused on doet I don't eat junk food or soda, I just kind of eat what I mentioned, I don't eat cheez it's in the bag fulls, about a cup a day. Pizza is a maybe every week and half and it's about 4 slices.

Dizzle fell off the wagon :(. After doing so well and actually seeing some results dizzle ate some bad food for a couple of days ( I hate when family comes into town= lots of dinners out) I got a little bloated , but I think I will extend into April for 3 more weeks since I can't do the PH in April, will start In May, anyone else doing a cycle around this time.

No ship, I feel like crap. The bad news is i'm going to two good dinners Fri, and Sat to celebrate my sister having a baby. It's all good i swam like a mad man today and have been doing full body every other day. I know I will never be skinny like UF, but it's all good. Thanks for giving me a body complex, I'm going to go throw up in the bathroom now :)

Ok so I did a ph cycle of M-1-T and went from about 217 to 228 in about 3 1/2 weeks and now it's time to cut. Mr. Dinoiii, can you please look at my previous diet and give some feedback as to I do not eat the meat. I will be cutting out the cheese-its and pizza. I will be starting ECG stack as of 5/1 and going to a full body workout every other day and cardio the next for a 4 days on 1 off ,any questions, please add to my mayhem-Diz out

A Vegetarian diet is quite complex. Vegetables, Grains, etc... are incomplete proteins. To mix/match proteins to make completes takes real careful consideration to progress with rapidity. An M1T cycle is not characteristic of much in light of the huge ability you have to lose the weight gained quickly. Did you mention BF% in this thread? "Weight" doesn't give me much!

The drinking was a sad day for me ,I drink,maybe every couple of months if that. Well of course I but on some BF,but not much. I am around 10-12%. AS far as vegetarian I do eat some meat but its got to be ground turkey w/ taco seasoning, ( I told you i'm screwed in the head, and My Dad is a Doctor) I bascially get all protein from shakes. what about throwing in Irish oatmeal, some nuts, veggies,and protein shakes. I drink a gallon of water per day, and i am pretty much taking every supp from you PCT threads(thanks you have opened my eyes to treating my body better)I know you have lots of work to do ,but just some guidlines as far as a diet would help. I'm looking to get down to 215 and about 8% in about a month.
