Stats:
6"4
weight: 185lbs
BF%: Not positive but guessing around 15-17% (use to be lower but have been cheating a little (ok way) too much, and thats the reason for the cut)

Meal 1 (7:00am): 5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats.

Meal 2 (9:20 am): 1 chicken breast

Meal 3 (11:15am): tuna, w/w wrap, veggies

Meal 4 (1:55pm): 1.5 scoops whey, 1/2 cup oats

3:00-6:00 give or take 15 min. on certain days: Cardio from tennis. Will be medium intesnity and good for getting some cals burned. WIll attempt to run as much as possible when I get the chance after. PLus weekend running.

Meal 5 (6:30pm): 1 chicken breast, veggies, mustard, 2 fish oil pills

Meal 6 (8:15pm) 5 egg whites, 1 serving almonds

Meal 7 (10:15pm before bed meal): 1/2 cup f/f cottage cheese, 3 flax seed pills

Totals:
Cals: 1929
Protein: 262g (58%)
Carbs: 153g (25%)
Fat: 33g *4g sat, 6g poly, 2g mono (17%)

Will this diet work for cutting the bf? I know the oats arent ideal in the shake before cardio but will they really neglect from my results (I think Ill be doing plent y of cardio to make up for it) Any advice/critiques are much appreaciated.

I am confused. Is this program to include any resistance training.

As far as diet goes, I would opt out of flax for the time being and replace with Fish, CLA (minimum 10-12 grams), and some more monos.

Again, keep in mind that caloric tallies are NOT static and 1900 calories is a bit low to start with because you have NO room for modification with subsequent fall in basal metabolism to boot. If you have been "off the wagon" as far as diet is concerned...your basal metabolism is at a peak...be careful in how you make your adjustments.

let me know if you have further questions or make further modifications.

I will not being lifting until summer (around june 15) unless plans change, I am just going to be doing massive amounts of cardio because of time problems with school and sports. I would love to do morning cardio and afternoon lifting but I just cant swing it right now.

As for the cals I figure I could start with 1950 cals and stay with it for about a month or more than drop another 100-150 cals.

As for fats, would be eating salmon once or twice a week be useful? I dont know if I can get my hands on salmon daily.

And for fats are there any supplements you reccomend that would work well. I would love to try superfats but its just a little pricy (most products I see have like 1 gram of cla in one cap), any other quality things?

Forgot to add this into my last post. How long does it take for ones metabolism to slow down and adjust to the amount of food your taking in daily? Is it a individual thing or is it sorda similar in people? I want to keep the cals like this for as long as possible before going down because I will be on this for atleast 3-4 months (then Im going to get some Pro help from Bobo *hopefully I can mention him here, if not I will edit this thread*).

The main focus of this cut is to lean out as much as possible and I was hoping that 3 and a half months wasnt to long for a starting amount of 1950 cals to be too little. I figure the lowest I will go with this starting point is 1600, that will be a 50 cal drop every two weeks, that should be cool right?
