i'm wondering what the best foods are to eat that won't make u gain any fat but also will give u the nutrients needed to build muscle? sumbody tell me plz

Clean Protein: Chicken,Beef,Fish/Shellfish,Pork

Complex Carbs: Brown rice, whole wheat bread/bagels, sweet potatos, whole oats (oatmeal), whole grain pasta

Vegetables

Healthy Fats: Olive oil, fish oil, omega 3's ect...

Avoid simple carbs, white bread, sugar, potato chips, soda ie junk food

Along with the good dietary choices above, you might want to look into a good multivitamin since the RDA for vitamins does not encircle bodybuilder needs.

And you also want to be aware of how many calories you are intaking. Look in the article section for the nutrient calculator I posted, also look for the article titled "The bodytype diet"

Ok, I'll say something people will most likely disagree with but it works for Swoll, soy milk (crazy right? Doesn't bloat me like regular milk and does provide some soy prot.--soy's ok for a source in my book BTW) but that and the staple tuna.
