I just measured my body fat on one of those scales that measures BF and im not exactly sure how accurate they are but it says im 15% BF and im wanting to get down to between 7-9% BF. but in the process i dont want to lose my strength. i dont have a set diet. i try to watch what i eat and i try to be conscience of what i eat. i normally drink sweet tea with dinner and milk with breakfast, any other time im drinking water or a sport drink. also i drink a protein shack after my workout, normally around 4:45 pm. i just ordered CVM Xtreme as well so im hopeing to get that into my diet.
age:17
weight:165-170
BF: 15%
also im in High School so eating alot between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm is difficult.

make sure you are eating and getting protein atleast every 3 hours during the day.
clean protein, complex carbs, veggies, and healthy fats like fish oil, olive oil ect. should make up your diet.
i would drop the sweet tea, i like it too, its a southern thing, but its sugar water and you really need to get rid of those simple carbs like that especially late in the day

The scales the attempt to measure body fat really dont, and they do a poor job - they're between 3 and 5% off at any time. So much for accuracy.
Use the mirror as your guide and make sure you're training hard and eating right - you'll be to where you want before you know it!

so what are a few example of complex carbs?
also i just got my CVM Xtreme and it says take it 30 minutes prior to workout and another serving 8-12 hours later but preferably 30 minutes prior to a meal. well i normally workout at about 4:00 and eat dinner about 7:00. so what would you recommend? 30 minutes before dinner only a few hours later, or waiting 8 hours at around 11:30 pm to take in another serving?
sorry for my lack of knowledge when in comes to diet.

some examples would be
brown rice, whole wheat bread/bagels, whole grain pasta, sweet potatos,
whole oats
brown rice and oatmeal are probably the most popular. you just want to avoid processed foods and sugar(simple carbs), white bread, potato chips, soda, ie junk food
SNS can answer your CVM question i am not sure what they recommend in that situation

when I was taking CVM Xtreme I would take 1 serving when I woke up 30 min. before eating (you want to minmize fat in meal following dose) and then took a second dose 30 min prior to working out (so around 3:00)
As for the oat bars, what type of oat bars(brand)? If its a store bought packaged one its probably filled with sugar and will not be the same as just plain oats.
