Carb cycling during ketosis

Just curious. How many of you folks are cycling your carbs during ketosis diet?

never done a keosis diet

I have cycled in the past (really is imperative for proper Leptin levels) - but really too have abandoned complete "ketosis" in lieu of more advanced caloric (C and F both) cycling now. I think it becomes imperative to abandon such diets when you get closer to your goals if you are ever to attain them.

Why do you ask Chris? Do you have some new ideas of how to make them more effective?
