Anyone sticking to their new years resolutions?

My new years resolution was to get to 8%bf by May/June when I'll be going under the knife for a back issue.

After I finish PCT I'll start cutting. I'm at around 17% at the moment after a long cut, so I've got my work laid out for me. I'm at 230lbs so I'm happy with my progress thus far.

comes down to math, figure out the weight of the fat that you'll be losing then know that safe fat loss is about 1 pound to 1 pound and half a week. More than that, chances are its some muscle.

Been bustin muh butt to stick to mine, which was to lose 40 lbs by the time I leave Iraq behind me in or around November '06. I'm almost halfway there. Been poundin the weights, and the pavement, we'll see how it goes, the hardest part will be keepin it off once its gone. I'm presently 250 and about 23% BF.

what is your cardio routine?

Ice hockey 1-2 times a week

during my cuts I throw in another 1-2 days of low intensity cardio in the AM on an empty stomach.

I just started hardcore again after a back "set-back" on Jan 3rd. Thanks to my muscle memory, as of today my strength and LBM are back to personal bests so everything moving forward is all new gains. My true goal is to train for and win my first strongman comp. My superficial goal before I start cutting for summer is to hit 20IN arms. I taped at 19IN pumped tonight! Best ever! (I'm just really excited...)

Do you have all the strong man training stuff like giant tire, stones etc.? That stuff must be kinda hard to find at the local gym. It would be cool to attemp some of the stuff you see on TV. Good luck with your training!

I have a few of the items available to train with, there is actually quite a few hardcore circles in MN (nothing do to outside at -15 degrees) I should be able to get my hands on everything else by spring...
