Hi, I just recently joined this forum and signed up for the contest. I'm looking for ways to spice up my healthy food, i.e., tuna, chicken, eggs, etc. If anyone has any ideas, please post here. Once I get some good ideas going, I'll post them as well, but I need to change my diet first!

BBQ rub- Garlic salt, chili powder, cayane powder, seasoning salt, black pepper, brown sugar, a tad bit of salt, sage, ginger, and add dried chipolte chilie. The amount you need is a mixture of itself, depending on what you are making. I gave you just a sample of my BBQ rub. I don't eat meat , but I love to grill so enjoy and rock out w/ you cox out
