I have been having some problems in knee...Dr said it is from wear and tear but I have MRI scheduled anyway...but meanwhile I was wondering if anyone has tried anything good from da that is good for joints. I see there are several products, but having tried any here

I'm actually already taking glucosamine, and fish oil has been in my daily supps for some time, these are the norms...I guess I was wondering if there was something else that I may have missed out on...pain is pretty bad, hope its not serious..thanks guys

I've heard GREAT reviews on cissusRX. I don't think its carried here.

Ive read flaxseed oil helps out as well, also MSM
