Hello.. I just want to say i love da.com and i read through these forums often. I am 16 and i am currently taking no-xplode, cell-mass, and nitrix. I almost scrapped this until i started noticing my workout weight going up. I only have about 10 days left on it so i am deciding to get something new. I have had some info and i am leaning toward:
ActivaTe by designer supplements
SNS Arginine E2 Matrix
SNS CVM Xtreme
SNS Inhibit-E
also later on i wanted to add cytosport cygainer in the mourning, musclemilk at night, glucophase xr, and animal pak. Would all this be ok? And on SNS inhibit-E it says not to exceed 8 weeks of continuous use? Should i do that or is that for PCT? If so how long should i wait before i get back on this? I also am having surgeory in march.(gettin my wisdom's out) Would it be ok to be on this through that or should i stop a few days prior and wait a few days after before use again? Thanks for your opinions and sorry for all the questions i just dont want to do this wrong. Marshall

No activate, no Inhibite-e.
Those two mess around with your hormones, not something you want at age 16. A SNS stack of Arginine E2 Matrix + CVM Xtreme will be excellent. Never buy overpriced BSN supplements.

Well BSN was the first thing i heard because i had tried t-tomb 2, endothil cr, and cell tech and got no true results. I also heard it through a guy who was in Iraq and said they blew up on it. So i shouldn't take activate or inhibit? just the 2 sns products?

Yes, dont mess with any products meant to mess with your hormones till atleast the age of 21. Test boosters will do little to nothing for you since your hormone levels are already very, very high.
SNS makes great products, I highly recommend them. I advise against listening to "bro" advice.
This is a great forum to supplement advice. We could of already told your endothil, celltech, and tbomb are garbage :)

Thanks for the help trans. Got any idea on protein or diet. I know my diet is poor but i've been trying and i've cut out fast food and coke for the most part and replaced it with milk and water. On my chest workout days here is my regiment. ive been working out since early august
flat bench: 135X5, 155X5, 165X5 Max bench is 195
incline bench:120X5, 130X5, 135X5
Dumbbell press: 60X5, 65X5, 65X5
incline dumbbell press: 55X5, 55X5, 60X5
That is my main but i also use cable fly's, regular and down.
Do you think i could get my workout weight in bench to 205 by june? I do chest twice a week and dont slack. I haven't been lifting long enough to know if thats doable but do you think that is out of my reach?

Heres a nutrition calculator to help you determine how many calories you should be taking in daily:

Heres a good read on training and diet:

Try to get 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight in daily.

Would ZMA be ok to take? I've heard it gives u a slight boost in natural testosterone plus you sleep better with it too.

I turn 17 in like 20 days. I dont plan abs but i hit them hard twice a week. So at my age test boosters/estrogen depressents are worthless? So activate and inhibit would be worthless and could cause sides?
Trans_Isomer

Your testosterone levels peak at age 18. Therefore, your hormones are working for you, no need for test boosters, estrogen reducers.
And yes, you could have sides if taken at this age. I bet if you eat right and train hard, you would see 10x better results are your age than taking activate and inhibit e. Remember,
Your Diet will make or break you
Your Diet will make or break you
Your Diet will make or break you
Your Diet will make or break you
Concentrate on getting 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. That should be one of your top priorities, along with hitting the amount of calories you need everyday.
Also, remember the definition of a supplement :
-Something added to complete a thing, make up for a deficiency, or extend or strengthen the whole.

Diet is a 24x7 thing and thats what makes it so hard. I know mine is probably really poor but i'm working on it. I read that link about diet and it said 5 medium sized meals. That is really difficult. How many grams of protein or cals are in a protein shake. Just a rough estimate?
Trans_Isomer
January 29th, 2006, 12:02 PM
A scoop of protein is about 24g of protein, look at the label on the protein jug to find out.
My protein shake is 16 ounces milk with 2 scoops of protein, so about 64g of protein there. I drink that 3 times a day along with oats and more milk.
And I really dont recommend any supplements besides a multivitamin or protein until you get your diet down. Youll just end up wasting money.

I would take the CVM Xtreme and Arginine E2 Matrix.
I would hold off on the Activate and Inhibit-E due to your age.
I know Trans had already anwered you, I just saw the post and wanted to answer as well.
If you have any questions or need any help, just let me know.

Hey guys i'm sorry but i'm lost.... is CVM extreme like cell mass or no xplode or a mix?
Trans_Isomer
January 31st, 2006, 06:50 PM
Its like a No-Xplode + Cellmass, let me explain....
NoXplode you use for preworkout energy and pumps, well the Glucoronalactone and Taurine in the CVM Xtreme will provide energy, and the Diarginine malate in CVM Xtreme will provide excellent pumps
Cellmass's main ingredient is creatine ethyl ester malate, CVM Xtreme contains this as well.
So basically you are asking which one over the other since they are so similar, well...
BSN NO-Xplode
2-3 scoops per serving, will last 20 to 13 days for $31.95
BSN Cellmass
2 scoops per day, will last 20 days for $31.95
SNS CVM Xtreme
50 servings, one scoop twice a day, equals 25 days worth for $34.95
So it will last longer than either of the BSN products, cost only $3 bucks more, and is a more complete formula of both Preworkout Energy/Pumps/Cell Volumization
