Gotta question for any women who might be on this forum..or any men who know the answer..
What in your opinion is the best weight loss supplement (thermogenic) for a woman?

Some stats:
18 years old
5'3"
140 lbs

Obviously this information isn't for me specifically but for a friend..thanks to anyone with feedback

At her age, you will find me hard pressed to offer advice on thermogenics.

At best, repartitioning agents like K-R-ALA or R-dihydro-ALA

also potentially CLA (Tonalin brand of any kind - BUT UP TO 9-12 grams total - isomers will take care of themselves with that brand!) and Sesamin products in tandem.

Outside of this - a good diet...no fat loss in a bottle offered here and certainly not through thermogenic means, which would be useless after a few days anyway.

Well to start off, (as a lady myself)... I am a similar height and size (5'4" and 145 but rather muscular so our bodies may look totally different!) a high protein diet is key, it automatically keeps carb levels in check.

What really works for me dietwise is a combination of a largely japanese diet:
bentos (meat steamed veggies and rice), or sushi, miso soup with lots o' meat and tofu. Supplemented by a few dairy items: a protein shake, cottag cheese, yogurt, or milk for example. Milk's calcium keeps us feeling full longer. Of course this is not the only stuff she can eat! lol

1. She needs to find a diet she can stick to (enjoys) but is also healthy.

2. Another note: though most girls are afraid of muscle, it is the #1 easiest way to keep off fat, plus it gives your body a sexy shape! I train 3+ days/wk.

As far as pill popping, 18 is a bit young for anything extreme. How much does she want to loose? Is she exercising?

3. I would suggest starting with a Green Tea Diet pill, taken 2x daily. It's got antioxidant benefits AND it increases the amount of calories burnt each day. If she's consistent, she will see a decrease in bodyfat, even without a large lifestyle change. Results will start to become apparent after about a month.
Now, if she's trying to get ripped or loose a lot of fat she's going to have to hit the gym too.

The other supplement I really like for fat loss is: Farenheit, it's the girls version of Hot Rox and it is stronger than the green tea supp. I would hold off on this one until the green tea pills have been given their run, and until the diet and exercise routine is in order.

Hope this helps and
Bon chance!

The "girl's version" is marketing and she should stay away from it again at her age!

What do you mean it's marketing? It does have less of the ingredients that hot rox has, which is perfect for someone who does'nt need all that.

I'm not reccomending she take it but I don't agree.
Yes, saying its made for womens areas bla bla bla is marketing considering it has the same ingredients as hot rox, but it is a lower dose which is nice for those of us that just want some help loosing fat with the lowest dose of random ingredients possible.

Could you not have taken half the dose of Hot Rox?

well, it would be close but there's the equivalent of more than 1 hot rox in 2 farenheits. I see your point though, it could save some $$$. Thanks...
