Hello All,
I have been searching throughout the forum for any information that I could find on these 2 products. I have been on leave from the gym, but I am planing to get back within the next couple of weeks. I am 5"10, 193LB and in search of strength and muscle mass. I was looking to purchase 1 or both products to go along with my ON 100% Whey and a Multi. Can someone please share their opinion and/or experience with either one. Also which one would you suggest. All information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I like the looks of CVM better. I'm using orange right now and the flavor is pretty good.

Thanks Wedg for the response. I am not a fan of anything orange except for Orange Juice. I hate orange soda. Is their any other flavor of the CVm that You have tried. And also can you tell me the reason that you selected the CVm over the E2 Matrix?

i feel there is a lot more in terms of active ingredients in CVM than E2. I'm more in it for the gains than the pumps.

I feel the same way. I am in search of the bulk/gains than the veiny look.

CVM is exactly that. More of a complex of things. It will give better results than the E2.

Creatine E2 Matrix is more of a CEE product + NO potentiators.
CVM is more of a comprehensive Cell Volumizer with Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate added into it.

Will do Steve,
Since this is a new product to me, I may need some advise on the best time and how often to take the CVM extreme. I know the directions states the recommended dosage, nevertheless, I know that everyones body is different than the next person. Also if I am focusing of bulking up, do you think the CVM, 100% whey, a multi, and a high protein & cal diet will do the trick?
FYI: I want to stay away from the veiny look if possible.
Thanks again

I personally would take CVM 30 minutes to an hr before my workout, and would take the other dosage spaced as close to 8 to 12 hours apart as possible, so it would depend on your workout time.

Also should I cycle this product?

Cycling creatine and cell volumizing products is largely a matter of opinion, but in my opinion I would cycle it. I generally go 6 to 8 weeks on, 3 to 4 weeks off.

Like Steve said, cycling it totally optional, I would only do it due to money factors... but there really is no reason to cycle off

Another question,
For the sake of gaining mass & strength, would the CVM, 100% Whey, and the multi help me to reach my desired goal? If not should I stack the CVM with something else? I don't want to sound pickey, but if I can gain muscle mass w/o the real veiny look would be great. Don't get me wrong I know the veins will expand due to the lifting, but I do not want anyone to be able to see my blood count. (LOL)

Mass comes from calories. Calories in > than caloric expenditure= gain mass.
Supps do not directly lead to mass gain. If you dont want the "veiny" look just make sure your diet is top notch and take regular creatine. Anything with arginine with amplify the "veiny" look. Regular creatine will help in the strength dept. but will not make you look more "veiny"

Thanks Trans for the info. I will stick with the hight protein, low-fat, CEE diet. I just want muscle mass & Strength.
Thanks again.

But...CVM would allow for a more positive nitrogen balance allowing protein to be used more efficiently resulting in greater muscle mass. Cee will do the same but it doesnt have the other added ingredients to help further potentiate the effect. Basically expanding on what Trans said but throwing something else in there.

Mass from caloric excess - certainly, what kind of "mass" is always up to further tweaks.
CVM extreme is an excellent choice of product DAHAMMER. I wish you well with your new supps and hope you attain all you intend on.
As far as creatine cycling, I think you could do a search for it to land a plethora of response. Good Luck!

Thanks Dinoiii I will do such. I will keep everyone posted on my results. I am going to start off with the CVM Xtreme, 100% Whey, Mutli, Miscellean ,& Multi.
Lastly, I know that the recommended dosage is 30 minutes B4 workout & second dosage 8 hours after. But on the flip side, I read and speak to others that take their CEE B4 workout and no right after workout. Then consume a high portein meal/shake no more than 30 minutes after working out. What do you think?

I honestly think that the most effective way to take CVM is to go by the label directions. That is the way I do it myself.

If i'm tight on time, and won't be able to take the CVM 8 hours apart sometimes; how much of an effect would it have on the effects if I took both servings pre-workout?

Dont take both servings at once. Just space the other serving out during the day the best you can.
