I've never heard of this. I know it is liver toxic at high/too regular doses

If anything I would hypothesize delayed aging but I think I can see where the rumor perhaps started with premature in a GH sense.

It may hypothetically but I do NOT think anyone could say it has been definitively tested for me to give you a comment. Anything I said with authority as to dosing patterns would be a lie.
