View Full Version : ANADROX - here's my feedback since 12-15-05

Today is 1-19-06, I posted on 12-15-05, about the Anadrox supplement. Here's my feedback.

I like the product. I used it by itself for the last couple of weeks. I lost about 8 lbs ( mind you I am already lean at 10 % 228 without stimulate type supplements) so losing a legit 8 lbs in the first two weeks was cool. I like the energy burst I had, I've been taking 4 in the morning before cardio, and 4 in the evening before lifting. I can't really say whether or not I "got stronger", I did have crazy energy, and I was PUMPED after the workout. I "felt" stronger during my workout. I weigh 217 as of tonight. I felt like the ANADROX helped me maintain the strength I already had, while I lost fat. I don't look any different, in terms of my size, just "harder". Overall, I give this product an A. It does what it's suppose to do, in my opinion.

I am going to STACK AE2 with ANADROX starting Monday. I'll probably cut my AE2 dose in half, with full doses of ANADROX.

Those are great results if your diet and workouts remained the same as before Anadrox.

Did taking 4 pills in the evening effect your sleep at all?

I take my second dose at 4:30 pm. I usually go to bed around 11:30. My sleep was not affected. I drink a protein shake before I go to bed ( either one scoop of Probolic SR, OR Two scoops of Musclemilk) . Protein shakes help me rest better and not be sore, so maybe that's a key too. My diet is pretty strict. High protein, high veggie. I run two miles three times a week, boxing, swim, and skip rope. i only do squats, bench press, pull-ups, push press, and lunges. I use these machines called "free-motion". i do circuits. My goal is to stay in shape, not compete for the Olympia
