i have been on a cut for a more than 3 months now. i went from 205 to 167. i lost a decent amount of muscle during this cut partly cuz of my diet and lack of lifting, (been concentrating on cardio). I started lifting again regularly in hopes to get some lean muscle and strength back. i want to loose last 10 lbs of fat and hopefully put some lean muscle on. wats the best product out there to use on a cut to loose fat. and is there anything that would allow me to put some muscle on too while cutting, but loosing the final lbs is my number 1 priority. i actually just started a creatine cycle, but thinking of stopping cuz with my cutting diet i don't know if there is any point.
thanx for the help

You have lost 38 lbs. in 3 months and your asking for weight loss advice?
How about...Keep up the good work!
Stick with the weight training and creatine.
You may find some helpful info in the diet section as well.
Congrats again on your results!

First i have a quick Q for ya, how tall are you? 167 is kinda light (no offense) and 157 is even lighter...but if thats your goal, than i'm not here to talk you out of it.
Second, i WOULD stay on the creatine, i think creatine is great while cutting, it will help preserver/maintain muscle while in a hypocaloric state.
Third, gaining muscle while losing BF is not impossible, but this is all dependent on your diet. If you want to do this, getting your diet down is 99% of your goal. When cutting you can lose weight by simply eating less calories than you expend, and vice versa while bulking, but adding muscle while losing weight requires a very close eye to calories and the type of calories you are consuming.
Finally, supps. I am more of a fan of non-stim fat burners, something like DS melting point, or ThermoLife Dicana are probably my top 2 weight loss supplements. Stims are great to get that boost of energy, and will increase metabolism slightly, but IMO they arent as beneficial as the 2 products i just mentioned.

Italion have you tried the Dicana? I was looking into using that but I had not been able to find much feedback on it. Thanks.
As a response to this thread I found Scorch stacked with X-Factor to work pretty well for me. I lost right around 10 lbs and I am getting my bf% done friday.

your post implies a couple things to me
(1) your concentration on cardio has warranted nothing more than the inevitable
-and-
(2) your concentration on "cutting" agents has essentially exacerbated effect #1
When you offer the note, you have "concentrated" on cardio - what does this mean? There is too much ya know?
While you feel your number one goal is to lose fat - your number one goal really is to gain muscle right now - you aren't in an optimal fat-burning environment MOSTLY due to the fact that you consider the two (muscle gain and fat loss) to be mutually exclusive and they are not! Case in point: you dropped a ton of weight in a very rapid time frame yet look in the mirror and still feel you have work to do!
What kind of dietary habits do you follow that you feel have contributed to your new "bump and lump - less" physique?
If need for agents to dec fat + concurrently inc muscle...your best aim on the market right now is likely repartitioning agents (for optimal blood glucose control). Take a peak into the following items:
- k-r-ala or r-dihydro-ala
- colosolic acid
and check out my BodyOpus: Reloaded article in the open articles section of this forum for some other ideas.
Hope this helps. Further questions, please don't feel discouraged to ask.

I'm on day 20 of cAMPHIBOLIC and C2. My weight is up slightly and my waist size is down, indicating I might have gained some muscle mass and lost some BF. In general this is difficult, even for the advanced lifter.
By far the most effective agent to gain muscle mass while losing BF is anabolic steriods.

Agreed on, of course, a much shorter-term basis than true lifestyle modification. So in the terms of defining efficacy on a time scale - steroids, it is. If defining efficacy on terms of truly efficacious .... lifestyle modification coupled with decent supplementation routes CAN and LIKLEY IS superior to steroids in the long-run.
Sometimes rebound detriments when cessation takes place from chemical gains/losses are a bit much to bear. I see this all too often.
