Hi, I was hoping someone could recommend some high-quality and affordable supplements for me to use. I'm a slim guy, 5'10'' 155 lbs, and I'm hoping to bulk up for my senior year of football. I'm using NO Explode right now and it's working great and I wanted to start using some other things as well. I was going to order the BSN mass stack but some of the stuff like cell mass seems like a waste of money when I can get the same effect from something else. Mainly I'd like to know what would be a good creatine supplement to order, but any other things that would work well stacked with it would be much appreciated, thanks for the help.

edit: What's a good multivitamin, I found some Centrum at my house and I've just been taking that, should I order something multivitaminwise or would that work ok? Thanks again.

Good multi: GNC Mega Man Sport

As far a creatine goes, I've used many things but recently I used Controlled Labs Green Bulge and had good results. I just bought some CVM Xtreme (made by SNS) and will be starting with that tomorrow, but I've heard it is probably the best supplement to get for the money and effectiveness. If I was you, I would go with the CVM Xtreme (Pink Lemonade - I mixed one up today and it tasted good). Also, make sure your diet and routine are in check. Diet and routine are huge for gaining strength/mass. I am on a routine that is working great for me. In 3 weeks I have gained 10 lbs and went from benching 225 10 times to 15 times..and I swear I am not using any steroids. I will send you the routine if you have interest in it. Another big thing for football players is flexibility and mobility. I am a senior this year and I was in the same situation last year that you're in now. I added a ton of strength but I also increased my flexibilty and agility tremendously and it really paid off for me during the season. Sorry to get off topic a little bit but I just wanted to give you my thoughts and what has worked for me since I'm a football player too.

For a multi I like ADAM Superior Men's Multi by NOW which unfortunately is not sold on DA.

Also get a whey protien.
