i was just wondering how many times a day you guys usually take it. i know definatly before a workout but what other times of the day? thanks

I would say 2X daily

If you workout in the morning take one be4 you train then another about 8-10hrs later.

Or if you workout in the after noon..Just when you wake up then about 8ish hours later again.


Thats what alot of people do

Yah its pretty potent. If i work out late i will take one in the morning and either b4 or after my late workout. I try to keep dosages spread out by about 8 hrs.

The main reason that we suggest spacing the dosage out has more to do with keeping a constant supply of the nutrients in the bloodstream.

Main thing being 2 servings per day - 8 to 12 hrs apart just makes the most sense for nutrient spacing purposes. It doesnt have to be done exactly like that. Just our opinion for maximum results.

Yah and for someone like me who takes alot of supps daily i try to space everything out. Thats why I choose to space it out like that as well. But in all reality most people will take it how they feel necessary. Thats just SNS's recommendation.

Ok, now you've confused me.

Why not advocate the use of it pre-workout for energy/volumization and then post-workout for enhanced recovery/cellular hydration etc?

that is how i take it. once in the morning, once about 30 min. pre workout and once more 30 min. post workout. i love it so far.

Directions:
Mix one heaping scoop with 6 ounces of water. Use CVM Xtreme everyday, including non-workout days. For maximum results, use one serving 30 minutes prior to working out and another serving spaced 8 to 12 hours apart, preferably 30 minutes before meals. CVM Xtreme may be combined with other S.N.S. products for increased synergistic effects.

I would actually take it 30 mins preworkout, since CVM Xtreme makes an Excellent preworkout cell volumizer, and take another serving immediately postworkout, or even throughout the workout since the body will be more primed to take up the ingredients and should help you recover faster.

I dont really see the need to take it later than that. CVM Xtreme is actually my favorite Cell Volumizer on the market today, excellent ingredient profile along with 50 servings for a great price.

Most definitely for the price you wont find a better product. The ingredient profile is really, really superior to a lot of the other cell volumizers ive seen out there.

Yah i know it sounds bad because i rep for these guys but the muscle fullness and pumps off of the CVM/AE2M are sick. I love this stuff and i get to work for them. :grin:
