I WILL BE TAKING M1T AND SOME 4 A-D STACKED BUT I AM WONDERING WHAT SHOULD MY WORKOUTS BE LIKE ? I KNOW THAT WHEN ON STEROIDS YOUR RECOVERY IS MUCH FASTER SO YOUR WORKOUTS ARE DIFFERENT THAN IF YOU WERE NOT JUICIN . DOES THE M1T AND 4A-D STACK WORK THE SAME WAY ? ALSO WHAT ABOUT FOOD INTAKE SHOULD I BE EATING ALOT MORE CALORIES ? I AM 5' 7" AND 165 POUNDS I AM LOOKING TO GET AS MUCH SIZE AND STRENGTH AS I CAN WHILE ON THIS STACK . I AM REALY EXCITED TO TRY THIS STUFF WHAT KIND OF RESULTS SHOULD I EXPECT ? ANY HELP I CAN GET WOULD BE AWESOME . THANK YOU

As for training, you'll have a little better endurance and recovery but I wouldnt alter your workouts that much from what they usually are. The last thing you want is to be overtraining and waste the ph's.
Food intake, If you're looking to bulk up and get some serious mass you can up the cals. M1T you really dont have to like you do with regular 1-T. You'd probably see better results mass-wise if you up your calories though. If you keep them where they are you'll probably get a little leaner and add some mass still. I'll let someone who's used it before get into the nitty-gritty.
Results from M1t range from 15lbs to lactating nipples lol. Its kind of luck of the draw. If you're using it correctly at suggested dosage and for 2 week periods, then you should be fine and see some serious gains.

Just a few random notes:
- Make sure your diet is clean, meaning plenty of protein, and a good amount of quality carbohydrates.
- Make sure you drink enough water. I tell everyone this whether they are on a cycle or not.
- Do not overtrain. I personally work out each body part once a week over the course of 4 training sessions. I do 12 to 16 sets per body-part and use a rep range of 6 to 8, meaning that I use weights that I can lift at least 6 times, but if I can do more than 8, the weight is too light. I try to progress in strength in every workout.
- At 165 pounds, I would shoot for between 250 and 330 grams of protein per day.
- Moderate fat intake from good sources.
- It is harder to say how many complex carbs you should take in because I do not know your metabolism. Probably the 400 to 500 range as a guess, but this is a very individualized thing. The best carb sources are plain oatmeal, brown rice, and sweet potatoes.
Hope this helps.

I like many of Steve's suggestions...
A lot of things really depend on what body composition goals are and the whole nine that you probably have read me spew off at in many posts in the past. A couple questions that came to my mind...b/c I can see the eagerness to try it out.
VIC - what dosages are you planning on using and how long do you plan on cycling? Do you have PCT in place (and by this I mean the proper things ALREADY IN YOUR POSSESSION)?
Have you used PHs in the past? I won't try and persuade you to reconsider. I just wish you had some experience before jumping to the methylated compounds. Iam not sure it was clear what your experience is with them though. We are talking the 11th hour though, so I am assuming you have in your possession what you will have at this point.
btw: There was a recent study that showed brown rice had about the same effect on blood sugar as white rice and white bread. Just a piece of info to add from the Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism. I will try and dig it up...it was one of the latter issues of last year, but I am living out of boxes right now unfortunatley.

I DONT HAVE ANY PAST EXPIERIENCE WITH PRO HORMONES, BUT I TRIED SOME LORABOLIN ONCE FOR ABOUT SEVEN WEEKS BUT THAT WAS ABOUT NINE YEARS AGO. I DONT KNOW WEATHER THAT MATTERS OR NOT. I GOT SOME RESULTS FROM THE LORABOLIN BUT AT THE TIME I WAS NEW TO LIFTING AND DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT PROPER NUTRITION AND STUFF SO THE CYCLE WAS KIND OF A WASTE WHICH LOOKING BACK NOW WAS PRETTY STUPID. TOO BAD WEBSITES LIKE THIS WERENT AROUND BACK THEN TO GET GOOD INFO. ANYWAY THE STUFF I HAVE NOW IS TWO BOTTLES OF LEGAL GEAR METHYL 1-TEST ONE BOTTLE OF SNS 4-AD XT ONE BOTTLE OF ERGO PHARM 6-XO AND SOME MILK THISTLE ALSO A TON OF WHEY PROTIEN SOME CREATINE AND SOME ANIMAL-PAK I ALSO HAVE A BOTTLE OF BIOTEST MAG-10 AND ONE BOTTLE OF BIOTEST M ANTI ESTROGEN AND A BOTTLE OF BIOTEST TRIBEX 500. I WAS THINKING OF DOING THE BIOTEST PRODUCTS FIRST THEN TAKING SOME TIME OFF OF THE PRO HORMONES AND THEN TRYING THE METHYL 1-TEST AND 4-AD STACK BUT I AM NOT SURE HOW I AM GOING TO TAKE ALL OF THIS STUFF YET. I WAS GOING TO READ SOME POSTS AND TRY TO COME UP WITH A PLAN BUT IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE LET ME KNOW. AGAIN THANKS ALOT FOR ANY HELP YOU COULD GIVE ME.

SHOULD I TRY THE MAG-10 OR JUST GO RIGHT TO THE M-1T 4-AD STACK?

Manyt people say not to use M1T as your first cycle, so you might want to consider doing the Biotest stack first.

i would agree with steve if you have never used it before you might want to hold off on the M1t as your first product
