Does anyone know what you should take each day and when while taking theNxCare Mass Cycle, 21 Day Supply. This stack says it is a 21 day supply but if you follow the directions it is like a 5 day supply. The bottles come with only 66 caps and it says to talk 6 twice daily. If you have ever taken it or know please respond.

Read the supplement chart in the book. You take 6 caps before bedtime on an empty stomach only on your workout days. Do not take T3 on off days. You only take T3 11 days out of the 21 total days. 11 X 6 = 66.
