Just got mine today. I took 2 scoops preworkout. Overall, pumps were awesome. I felt a pump like I haven't felt in a long time in my arms. Strength seemed to be a little bit better too. I worked biceps today.
Dumbell Alternate Curls:
45s x 20
50s x 12
65s x 10
50s x 17
Hammer Curls:
50s x 15
65s x 12
65s x 12
65s x 16
Incline Dumbell Curls:
45s x 10
50s x 8
50s x 10
down the rack set
50s x 6, 45s x 10, 40s x 20
I was running late so I didnt get to finish my arm workout, but im definately liking glycergrow so far. I'll be working shoulders tommorow so, ill post the workout tom. night.

glad you had a good first workout with it! i had bis to day as well
it seems to be working for me so far, the pumps are great
and i have noticed even a slight increase in my vascularity especially in the forearms
i cant wait to see how this continues to play out

I did shoulders today. Pumps and strength were up. In a hurry now, but will list exact weights and more detail later.

Bar Military Press

Behind Neck Military Press

Cable Lateral Raise
3 sets of 40 for 12reps
Today was just deadlifts and some light legs
Pumps were better. Strength was definately up, I havent done dead's in a few months because of an injury but today I felt as strong as ever. Im loving the product so far.

I havent been able to do chest in about 10 days now because of an old left pec injury thats been flarin up lately, but my leg workout was def above average. The pumps were painful, but in a good way. I felt them swell up on every set. My arm workout is by far the most noticeable when it comes to increases in the pump.
I did supersets mostly so heres the arm workout.
Standing Alternate dumbell curl
45 X 10
45 X 10
50 X 10
with
Machine Dips
? X 20 each of 3 sets.
Alternate Hammer Curls (standing curled up to opposite shoulder)
50 X 10
55 X 10
50 X 10
with Rope pressdowns
? X 20 for each of 3 sets
Buddy Curls (Bar curl handing back 2 partner after each set w/o rest)
95 x12, 95 x 10, 95 x 8, 95 x 6
Overhead 2 arm dumbell extensions
95 X 15
120 X 8
120 X 15
Preacher Curl Machine(Plate loaded)
2plates X 10
2plates and 25 X 8
3plates x 6
I really can tell a difference on arm day. Glycergrow gives pumps comparable to superdrol.
