Hi fellas
Just wanted to let you all know I just received GlycerGrow in the mail today from Controlled Labs.
This is where I will post my results and my review for this product.
I would again like to thank Controlled Labs for allowing me this opportunity to review this product!

Alright folks, I am about to start a journal because I am going to begin testing a new product by controlled labs called GlycerGrow.
The stuff looks pretty intense, its not flavored but looks like small white crystals. To begin you mix it in 32 ounces of sport drink,water or juice, shaken not stirred. And you sip on it/ drink it throughout pre workout,during workout, and post workout, this is what they recommend.
I just got this in the mail and made my first serving. 2 scoops, a low dosage as they recommend to acess tolerance.
first impression is the scoop is very very small, so this stuff must be strong, and it looks like it will last a good while!
My first workout on this stuff will be chest since today is chest day, we'll see how it goes, i'll record my results on this stuff here, and post pics and stats throughout as i progress on testing glycergrow.
PS: I used a part water and part red powerade solution to mix the glycergrow with.

initial impressions of glycergrow are good so far, had a decent workout and had a nice tightness/pump in my chest and arms today and it lingered after the workout
keep in mind i used a low dose of this starting off, two scoops. i realize that it is way to early to draw any conclusions since this is only the first workout but i am very optimistic to see how this test plays out. like i said good first impression.

Like i said decent chest workout and nice pump going, chest and arms looked definitely swole afterwards but still way early in the game, just the first day.
I sipped on/drank the glycergrow mix pre, during and finished it up post, just as suggested.

i'll update the journal with pics and stats, and mabey some diet info, as i run this product. i hope to do a good job for Controlled labs.
Definitely looking forward to see what kind of results i can produce.

ok guys i had my quad,calf/tricep workout today
i am starting to like this stuff the tightness/pumped feeling in my muscles was there while working out and lingered a long time after. i bumped it up one more scoop today and think it definitely helped
I will be posting the workout later this evening, i have got everything written down in the notebook
right now before i get too far into using this stuff i am gonna post up my starting stats so they can be compared to my ending ones when i finish my bulk using the glycergrow supplement to help me get there.
Weight: 182
Height: 5'9 1/2
End Goal weight: 195-205 range
Current supplementation: The only supplements i am using now in conjunction with the glycergrow is multi-vitamin,fish oil, whey protein, and creatine.

another great workout today
and got a decent pump going, the kind only comparable to a bi day with no xplode prior.
i am keeping my dose at glycergrow at 3 scoops right now, the overal recommended serving, and that seems to be working well for me right now so i think i will stay with it awhile

Yesterday was Hammies/Back traps, Today will be an off day but will pick back up again on monday with chest
I failed to record the numbers in this workout, i was halfway through and realized i'd left my note book, but did have a good workout and am still using 3 scoops of the glycergrow. I have noticed an increase in overall muscle tightness and hardness after officially the first week of using it.
This workout I did
SLDL's,
Lying Leg Curls (w/dumbell, have no leg curl machine),
Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns to the front,
Bent over barbell rows (on bench Arnold style)
Wide Grip Lat Pull downs to the back,
reverse grip barbell rows,
barbell shrugs
All and all a decent workout. My impression after using glycergrow the first week is a good one! cant wait to see how it goes the next few weeks

Well I was extremely busy yesterday, so I took an off day from lifting. So this has caused me to rearange the week a bit. Just for this week.

Today I did Triceps and Bis. I am still sticking to 3 scoops of glycer grow. Pumps are ubeleivable and the muscle tightness and hardness i have is really great, so far I would recommend this product,
I started off with close grip bench press, pressdowns, reverse pressdowns, moved onto barbell curls, incline dumbell curls and concentration curls.
Great pump going for this arm workout!.
Sorry for no recorded numbers, I was angry about something and it was hard to focus on the workout today and recording things. Will start fresh tomorrow.
Which will be my delt workout, its usually an off day but I missed tuesday so I am working out. Friday will be quads, hammies, calves. Saturday will be my second off day. And Sunday will be Back and Traps.
Then I will resume my normal schedule on monday starting with chest and get back on track from there.
Oh yeah I will also throw in some ab work tomorrow morning in the am, and then hit my delts in the afternoon.

3 scoops glycer grow. for the last 2 months i have been hitting my delts with laterals and fronts before presses to pre exhaust them and it has definitely helped my delts pop out, but i decided to switch it up and hit presses first since i hadnt done a workout like that in awhile

I am up a little bit, i would guess 4-5 pounds, i am still bulking on this stuff though
I really like it, and i would recommend it so far even more especially because of the price DA is offering it for, and because the tub of this stuff should last you a really long time, because you are only using it on workout days, and the scoops are really small. I am staying at 3 scoops and it has been working great.
Last two workouts. Still using 3 scoops
Friday was legs(Quads Hammies Calves). I had Squats, Leg Extensions, Standing Calf Raises, Lying Leg Curls(w/dumbell), Standing leg curls(one leg at a time on machine), SLDL's
Saturday was an off day from lifting, and I have been using no glycergrow on off days at the suggestion of controlled labs.
Today I had an awesome back workout. Wide grip lat pull downs(to the front), dumbell rows, narrow grip lat pull downs (under hand grip), bent over barbell rows, Wide grip lat pull downs (to the back), and finished off hitting my traps with barbell shrugs.
Tomorrow I will get back to normal with my regular routine. Starting off with chest tomorrow.

Two more great workouts to report upon. I am still using 3 scoops of the glycergrow and things are going great!
Tuesday I had Quads claves and Tris
I hit some squats, leg extensions, standing calf raises, CGBP, pressdowns, and reverse pressdowns
Wednesday was an excellent biceps workout
started off with barbell curls (i hit 145 x 4 reps this time!), cable curls, dumbell curls then switched to hammers, also concentration curls with the 60's, and finished off with reverse barbell curls for the forearms.
Today is thursday and was an off day for me in the gym.
Tomorrow is delts and will report back with that
3 scoops is working fine. pumps on bi day were probably the best i have had during this test

* I had to stop today because half way into my heavy squats I got really nauseated and it felt like acid reflux. I didnt do anything out of the ordinary as far as diet and still sticking with 3 scoops glycergrow pre workout so it wasnt that.
My last meals before lifting were lunch which was two chicken breasts cooked in olive oil, some carrots and rice so it was pretty clean. I had ran out of oats for pre workout so I had a bowl of 100% whole bran cereal in some skim milk about an hour or so before hand so i dont think it was that. anyway i feel alright now having my protein shake*
( forgot to note I will put triceps in tomorrow with biceps)
Still loving the glycer grow. The pumps are still great and i am like the muscle tightness and i believe it is starting to show in my physique as well a little bit.

Yeah I would at the price they have here because it lasts so long. the tub will last you a really long time because the servings scoops are so small

STACKED WITH CREATINE?
Well when testing a product shouldnt you be using it by itself?
How much do you think the creatine is playing a role in the gains?
Just curious because on bb many were stomping on this stuff like it was crap.

well as far as testing i was trying to follow the label recommendations to get the best results
it says right on the label for best results to stack it with their green bulge (which is creatine/NO)
I am not doing that though,,, and just stacking it with creatine, no NO product. I am sure the results on it are amplified while using creatine or NO, as opposed to just taking it straight, but to be fair i was kinda following the labels advice on how to best use it to get the results out of it, even though i aint using green bulge with it lol.
I did though start out using it straight then added the creatine later on in the test. it seemed to work as far as swelling up the muscles with a pump and muscle hardness just taking it on its own, but the creatine added in is making a pretty good stack.
I have heard people not liking it much either but I am wondering how many scoops they are running it at and what their fluid intake is like.
I have been running it at 3 scoops and it seems to be working fine there for me.

I think I will go ahead and post my overall thoughts since I have already ran this product for quite some time. Unfortunately I didnt have the time to take charge and track the journal as well as I wanted but I made notes on what I liked and what concerned me on the product.
The good: Overall I liked the product and would give it an above average mark a letter grade a B mabey B+ because i liked the pumps on this stuff, and even more with the addition to creatine. This product can also be used when cutting, but as I was bulking i cant comment on that direction of use. But if you are gonna use this for bulking or maintence I would recommend stacking it with creatine, or as the label on the product recommends with Creatine/NO.
I liked the pumps and muscle hardness while using this and do feel it may have helped me increase more reps, moderate increase in strength when added to the creatine.
The price is another plus. This stuff will last a really long time as the serving scoops are very small. I still have about half the container left after all this time.
At the price DA has it, not too bad. Like I said i cant comment on it effect while cutting, but if stacked when bulking and trying to add mass it may help out.
That being said. This is definitely not a nesecarry supp to have in your arsenal when starting out. I will always recommend your dollars go first to multi vit, whey, and creatine and fish oil, before secondary supps like this.
Concerns: I had a personal concern, and mabey it isnt warranted because frankly i dont know enough about this, but it is the fact that 3 scoops, the recommended serving size with this product contains 100 MGs of Licorice.
Licorice has a steroid component that can change to the estrogen precursors estradiol and estrone, and it can therefore provide mild estrogenic properties. This was what was worrying me when using this if it could be actually hampering muscle gains. It didnt seem to happen with me, and I dont know if 100mg of licorice per serving would make that much a difference. Mabey someone more educated can comment.
But if it is warranted or not, mabey you should not look to this product or use it while on PCT.
Like i said not sure if 100 mg of licorice would cause probs??? but was a concern of mine
Overall i improved mass, but I also have to take in the creatine and diet factors. I certainly had no adverse affects.
Like I said. A product worth looking into if you have money to spend on secondary supplements, like the pump feeling you get during workouts with NO products. It will last a long time. Just make sure you are drinking plenty of water as it is what this product recommends.
