M1T AND 4AD

I AM SOON TO BE TAKING LEGAL GEAR MIT AND SNS 4AD IM GOING TO BE TAKING THEM TOGETHER BUT WONDERING ABOUT THE DOSAGE. THEY BOTH SAY TWO A DAY IS THIS TOO MUCH?????

While I am not associated with either company, I can offer the notion that they are probably bound legally to say that. It certainly isn't a dose of 1 pill people rave about and while only anecdotely can I offer that taking more than one would likely be the best for your desired results.

Are you taking plain ole 4-AD or the methylated version? It strikes me as odd that even legally, SNS would list taking 1 tab for non-methylated.

If its plain 4-AD you're going to need more than that daily. When taken orally, much of the 4-AD will never even become utelized by your body. Oral bioavailability is nearly half that of transdermals

ITS METHYL 4-AD EXTREME BY SNS AND METHYL M-1T BY LEGAL GEAR,

4-AD Methyl Xtreme is too strong to be stacked with M1T. You need to use 4-AD XT with M1T. If you get the 4-AD XT, I would do 10 to 20 mg. of M1t with 600 to 900 mg. of 4-AD XT.
