Adenergy by ON, Leanfire by Instone are both good energy supplements. When it comes to thermo's, Hot Rox and SAN Tight are the only ones I've heard good reviews on. Getting rid of Ephedra ruined the thermo market. I'm waiting for the replacement....

fat loss-hot rox
biggest stack-depends on how long you've been lifting-ph stacks can get pretty damn complicated
gat c4 taken that much might work better for you, it might not make a difference, again it depends on you and how your body responds to it, body size, etc

I think thats a bad idea. There arent that many exercises I can think of that work hammy's without working quads. Many quad workouts also workout hammy's. I'd personally just keep em together

Depends by what he means by "big body part". Legs, and back? Then no problem here.
Back, legs I'd go with 4-6 exercises each depending on amount of sets.
Pec, Tri's Id go with 3-4 exercises each.
Delts, Bi's I'd say 3 exercises each.
Traps 1-2 exercises

His tallies would yield 20-30 sets for back and legs as "big body parts." Do you really agree with those volumes? I don't think a fat burner is the problem to consider here. And likely an energy supplement only because he needs more energy to get him through his LONG and tiring workouts ON AN APPARENT DAILY BASIS.
I'm sorry BUT you and I Wedg are on VERY opposite ends of the fence here.

Check out Myo-Lean or Throttle 1400X for Fat Loss. A lot of people are saying that Throttle is giving them the same effects as ephedra. The two stacked is amazing. DA should have them both soon.

I guess his breakdown of the sets is what confused me.
You could run the prior brakedown I gave at 2-3 sets per exercise (4-6 rep range for most of them) and get a great workout, jasonace.

i have to agree with wedglyx do your legs on the same day. Splitting them in 2 does you know good cause as wedg said there are not that many exercises and chances are you will hit the same part of legs again

Seeing how we sort of got stuck on the workout thing, I think that I have to once again disagree with Wedg on the leg thing.
I think you could certainly benefit from working hams and quads on DIFFERENT days with the following rationale in mind:
--> if you work hams and quads on the same day, and as Wedg says the exercise selection is a problem b/c you get indirect stimulation of the antagonist, then if you choose to do 4-5 exercises for quads and 4-5 exercises for hams...YOU ARE SERIOUSLY OVERTRAINING. Now, you likely can drop those tallies down to 2-3 sets per hams and quads or a tally that allows you to work hams and quads a total of 4-5 sets....you are LIKELY GOING TO CREATE IMBALANCES ... which is even more dangerous.
--> Personally, I feel it is absolutely ideal to work what are considered the classic ham and quad lifts on different days separated by at least one day in between with an upper body day. YOU SHOULD SPEND EQUAL TIME ON UPPER AND LOWER BODY over the course of a week and I often see many trainees offer their bodies one day of chest, one day of back, one day of arms (or split this up into bis and tris WHICH BTW I DO NOT EVEN THINK WARRANT THEIR OWN DAY AT ALL OF DIRECT TRAINING NOR MORE THAN 1-2 exercises). All those are kind of classically considered upper body, while you then offer one day to legs - WOW!!! Why we have a bunch of top-heavy men walking around.
--> Want big biceps? SQUAT /// Want thick lats? DEADLIFT /// Want a ripped chest? GOOD MORNING'S ANYONE? /// Shredded tris? CLEAN + PRESS
whole body stimulation for endocrine homeostasis, too much of anyone you are likely not living to your potential thanks to bb mags, etc... YOUR BODY'S SYSTEMS ALL WORK TOGETHER AND CONVENIENTLY WORK TOGETHER THROUGH HORMONES!!!!!!

Idk about you dinoiii but if I hit my quads with the right intensity on monday, theres no way I'm going to be able to do hams on wednesday.
I have definately heard of people splitting legs and getting good results, I just think its worth a try putting them together

I guess this depends on the definition of "INTENSITY" you use Wedg.
Somewhere along the drift known as bodybuilding time, the definition got mixed up. I see people posting "anihilation" type set ups where they are doing like 20-30 sets in one day vs. pure "stimulation" set ups.
Anihilation does NOT equal intensity, nor does moving from one work station to the next like a madman claiming intensity because you did 100 sets today and plan on having a more "intense" workout the next time by doing 100 sets yield intense either.
BOTTOM LINE: If you are as INTENSE as you claim, by definition, it yields something more along the lines of an HST type setup style. This incorporates Heavy Duty principle for the Mike Mentzer camp, yet actual research to back up why this is the case - not moving from one set to set or throwing in rigorous HIIT sessions to further "intensify" it by adding anything BUT MORE WEIGHT! The idea is to stimulate, NOT anihilate -- and your frequency of hitting that muscle group again is as INTENSE as you make it. I will post soon - what I call the "Endocrine 1-2-3 Workout" in the "Articles" section of this forum. Give it 2-4 weeks versus your current program and tell me what INTENSE is!

That kind of illustrates my point. You were trying ot isolate hamstrings yet used leg extensions which really target quads. What else is there? Lunges which also hit the quads a little? Deads or good mornings which hit lower back? Thats kind of what steers me away from splitting legs up.
Plus, when are you going to work quads? they should be a little sore from the extensions.

Definately worth a try, let me know how its working for you. I think you might want to choose a little differently when splitting them though
