I have been on the reduce XT for a week now. I have seen good results already, I feel I slight energy kick in the gym; I know it's from the XT because I have not changed anything else but this in my routine. I can already see a leaner mid section and I stay strong in my routines. I would need to give this product 2 thumbs up.

Just finished the bottle of Reduce XT yesterday. Lost 7lbs and kept all of the muscle, I put on a little strength, but my physique is better, which is what I was looking for. I also used the Sesamax from Axis labs on this, but I am very happy with my results.

This is the warning we put on the product:
Warnings:
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing a baby. Because o f the mild anti-estrogenic effects of Reduce XT™use of this product may decrease the effectiveness of oral and transdermal contraceptives. If you normally rely on oral or transdermal contraceptives as your only method of birth control, you should use an additional form of birth control while using this product. Always consult a physician before using this or any other dietary supplement.
Comment:
We have never had anyone report a problem with it related to contraception, but at the same time we wanted to put it just in case.
We have had many females use and love Reduce XT.

I personally would start Reduce XT the day my cycle ended, maybe even 3 days before the end of the cycle if it were me.
My personal PCT:
- Standardized Milk Thistle
- Inhibit-E
- Reduce XT
- CVM Xtreme and Arginine E2 Matrix
- Most likely Activate by DS for natural test levels
Some people also use things to help with their BP and Cholesterol levels. I have never personally had a problem with that, but if so, I would use Standardized Hawthorne Extract.

Can reduce xt be continued on its own after PCT to cont with cutting or is that a bad idea as far as keeping gains or letting body rest?

I've been really interested in this product and whether or not it makes a big difference. Since you said it made a difference on ab fat I'm going to have to try it now. Should make a good addition to the anadrox and phire that I have.
