This my first real prohormone (I have done pinnacle andro poppers and LG trifecta strack) and I was very happy with it. I am 6'4" at 270. I started cycle at 280 and am now 260. I am 35 and have benn lifting hard since 25 naturally. Have access to several AAS's but I have too much to lose(wife and 3 kids to support - not saying it is wrong but not worth the risk). I would say I am a hybrid between bodybuilder and powerlifter. I started out at about 15% body fat and am now 13%.
My Cycle:
CEL Cycle assist : 4 caps at 12pm and 4 caps 12am for 6 weeks *
CEL P-mag : 2/3/4/4/4 -- first dose at 7am last dose at 5pm
fish oil: 5 grams a day
glucosamine
Also drank a gallon to gallon and 1/2 of water everyday
* preloaded 1 week before cycle.
Diet:
clean with whole foods and at least 400g of protein a day.
5- 8 meals a day consisting of chicken, skim milk, turkey, steak or tuna
PCT:
Reversitol: 3/2/2/1
SNS liver xt: 6/6/6/6
Axis labs Hypertest: 4/4/4/4
And I loaded up on carbs but mostly whole wheat and fiber during pct.
* I have also got some nolva but did not have to use.
Training:
Mon: bb bench, db bench, side raises, and skull crushers
Tues: off
Wed: close grip pulldowns, bent over bb rows, straight bar curls
Thur: off
Friday: flat bb bench heavy and weighted dips
Sat: squats, leg press, leg curls, rev grip pulldowns, chainsaws, db curls
Sides:
1.joints were more sore than usual
2.blood pressure went up from 110/65 to 140/80 but went down after i added cardio and removed stims
3. Sex drive was good throughout cycle and throughout pct. Maybe a little down but the boys never went away.
Results:
I was stuck at 495 on bench for 3years sometimes could only get 485
I hit 500 2 weeks into pct. As you can see, I had reached my natural potential and p-mag helped me push on. I usually do a pyramid routine for 7 weeks and lay off heavy weight for four. All my core lifts went up and I could do 2 more pullups than normal but bench was my only 1rm (by design). A week out of pct and my strength is still there and I am back on the stims-- NO2 shotgun, redline, speed stack and nitrous.

nice job man at your weight you could have went up to 5 caps ed but then again it was your first go.

Thanks lllern, I learned a lot from you and celc5 on dosing and support supplements. I studied yall for 6 months and then yall just both happened to run pmag and I had to give it a try.:D

I can say we both loved the PMag no doubt . I loved my run
75mg for 1 ull bottle :D 20 days
100mg for 15 days after that :D
I had people asking if I was on STEROIDS lol

you guys definately have another winner with PMag. It's super mild in terms of sides but at LEAST moderate in terms of gains. It's a perfect "first cycle" choice IMO.

yes, learn and I both enjoyed Pmag. Smart moving having the serm on hand for cycles, but I agree that I didn't need to use mine either.
How did you like the Hypertest in pct?

I liked it. I kept my agression in the gym and it kept my libido up when I know the AI was keeping it down.

as an admitted stim junkie myself, i have to hand it to you-that is a serious stack of stims. look into reset ad by palo alto, it will help keep tolerance down and increase the effect of the stims- i have been able to cut back on stims and get even better results since starting reset ad. congratulations on your p-mag cycle and good luck.

Good deal, that's what it's for :) Glad you liked it? Have you ever tried Hemodraulix? It's getting some pretty solid reviews lately. Not pimpin, just might to run a search to see what the consensus is saying :rolleyes:

Mace, good job dropping 2% in BF but I personnally dont believe in reached my natural potential @ a 495 lb bench. What training styles have you done in the last 3 years and why do you think they havent worked for you? Youre a big guy, still young, and I think that you've been on a platuea for too long. I think you need to look at your training style and change things up a bit. Just helping, not bashing.

LOL, I just use one of those on the days Iworkout. I switch up to keep getting the adrenaline effect. I will try reset ad though.:D

I think you need to look at your training style and change things up a bit. Just helping, not bashing.
I respect your opinion. I have looked into critical bench and westside barbell methods but --- it is straight powerlifting. I don't want to use a bench shirt or Test for that matter. Every time I started cutting weight, my bench would start going down. This has been off and on for 5 years. I am trying some old techniques right now like cycle training and I know a ph will never replace time in the gym or the hard work it takes to reach my goals. I was just impressed and no it was not a big jump -- but it was big to me. One thing I know I can improve on is my diet -- cause it was clean during cycle but hard for me to maintain taht when off cycle.;)

only thing that i dont like is that it gave me a lot of acne on my back....

Interesting. The only hormonal product that increases acne to a noticable extent for me is 6oxo/TD trione.
