well guys i finally got my activaTE in last week so i started taking it yesterday. nothing really to report so far but i will post after every workout and let you know how it went. the only other supps i am taking are GXR and finishing off some clout and vault i have left from another cycle. i'll try to get some measurements this weekend and ill let you know my max's and all the core lifts this friday. just want to thank Rob again for letting me do this for them.

Definitely going to be keeping tabs on this log, I am very interested in seeing how the NHA stack works for you snake. Make sure you keep it very detailed!

yesterday's workout went pretty good. my weights went up on average about 5 lbs per lift. this is just my 4th day so i havent noticed too much yet. maybe it will be a bigger difference next week.

well yesterdays workout went great. i felt really strong and all my weight went up. my incline went up 5lbs and i might could have done more but i didnt have my spot. all the other excercises went up in weight. my sleep really hasnt changed but i can tell a slight difference in libido. i will try to get measurements this weekend and post them so everybody can compare this to the end of the trial.

thanks didnt workout today but i can start to feel the effects on my libido increasing slightly more than before

yesterday's workout went pretty good. my weight went up 5lbs on preacher curls and i could do a few more dips. nothing changed on my reverse curls weight or reps. i can definetly tell a difference in libido especially right after i take the ActivaTE. i cant really say anything about sleep cuz i have not had to get up early lately for work so i get to sleep late anyways.

Glad to see the strength is going up. I am sure that the sleep will be noticably different with some more time.. You will get a deeper sleep and feel GREAT the next day..

yestedays workout went really good. my weight went up 5 lbs on incline and i could do one more pullup then last week. doesnt seem like much but pullups are my worst excercise of all. my t-bar rows stayed the same but my back felt much more pumped after it was over with. one more thing to note is that the sleeping effect that Rob and Shutta were talking about is finally coming in to play. the last few nights have been awesome.

ok sorry i havent posted in awhile been kinda busy. fridays workout was one of the best ones i have ever had. my pumps were incredible and my stamina and strength felt like they were off the wall. i left my notebook at my parents house so i will post the weight increase later but it was a great workout.
p.s. my sleep is def. getting better.

havent noticed anything other then maybe just a little aggression. got pretty pissed playing ball yesterday but this dude wouldnt quit calling a foul every other second.
back to the workout. every workout is getting better and better. my bench went up 3 reps from last week and lat pulls went up 2 or 3 reps and 5lbs. rows went up by 20 lbs. my endurance is definetly up too. i havent put on too much weight but my strength is definetly going up.

yesterdays workout went great. my curls were up 5lbs and my french press went up by about 3-4 reps. wrist curls went up in weight and reps. one thing i have noticed is that it seems my second excercise is the one that is going up the most nobody what body part it is. i am going to change my workout order next week and see if it continues or if it is just a coincedence(spelling). so far i would definelty recommend these products. i cant tell about my weight increase cuz i think my scale at home is broke when you go over 200 so i weighed at my parents house yesterday so i can see if there is an increase from now on.
i also noticed a little aggression the other night when i had to take two doses within an hour of each other. other then this example i have really not noticed it too much.

yeah i normally do 2-3 warmup sets before i do my working set.

ok fridays workout went really good. i dont have my notebook with me so i cant remember the weights or rep but i do remember everything went up by 5lbs and at least one rep. sorry this one is not to detailed but i left my notebook at my parents house.

yesterday's workout was one of the best so far. i continue to get stronger every workout.
my bench went up 3 reps from last week
lat pull downs up 5lbs and 2 reps
bent over rows up 10lbs and 2 reps
lateral raises up 1 rep
shruggs just started doing them for the first time in awhile so no comparison.
workouts and sleep have been great on this stack. i think i have gained about 5lbs too so that is even better.

todays workout went pretty good considering i changed things up a bit. i wasnt expecting to have a great workout but it was pretty good. i just did tris on wed. but i wanted to start doing them with chest so i went ahead and did them today. i could tell they were a little sore still but everything went pretty good.
incline = up 10lbs
close grip havent done in awhile so no comparison
arnold press same as close grip
close grip lat pulldowns = up 5lbs
deads havent done in awhile cuz they hurt my knee pretty bad
i think i have about 5-6 days left, but so far i love this stack. the pumps were pretty dang good today too.
Rob, do i need to take 1 cap a day of RXT for a couple after my ActivaTE is through or can i quit "cold turkey"?

Knock down to 1 cap rebound for 5 days or so. Whether you do this after ceasing use of the activate or at the same time doesn't matter hugely, so whichever suits you.

yesterdays workout went pretty good. i did squats for the first time in awhile and they felt pretty good.
preacher curls = went up in reps
reverse curls = went up 5lbs and reps
squats = havent done in awhile
calf raises= 3 light sets so no real comparison.
either today or tomorrow will be my last day and i will write a overall review at that time. my comp. has been messing up so it might be a little while b4 it gets put up if it is not fixed by tomorrow.

ok sorry it has taken so long to get the final review up but alas here it is.
i would have to say the combo of these two products RXT and ActivaTE have been one of my top two supps i ever tried (hard to decide between these and X-factor). i got great strength gains while on these product. i increased wieght by 5lbs on every excercise almost every week and sometimes reps too. i also put on about 8lbs. most of it i would say is lean cuz i cant tell any difference in the midsection. libido increased a little but not quite as much as i was expecting. one of the best things while on this stack was the qualitly of sleep i got. i got some of the best sleep i have ever had.
sides: i never had any sides at all other then maybe a little increase in aggression a couple of times. no acne, hair growth or anything else.
i would definetly recommend this stack to anybody who wants to add some strength and sides but doesnt want to use PH's or even using this stack as PCT for a PH cycle.
just want to thank ROB again for letting me do this thread for them.

thanks Rob, i went to yalls website to check out any new products and i read where yall are coming out with new versions of RXT and ActivaTE. are the dates that are on the website pretty close to the ETA or will it be earlier or later?
