Well, as some of you may know Universal was kind enough to shell out 3 cans of their new Animal Cuts to DA. I was a lucky winner and it was good timing because I had already planned a cut.

On Workout days due to my sensitivity to stims, and the fact I work out a lot at night because of my job, I will be removing ONE red cap (thermo) from ONE pack only. This will be for the second packet ONLY. Only because my PW is pretty stimulating at night as it is. But I will be taking BOTH red caps on non-workout days.

Monday: Back/Bi's/Abs
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: Shoulders/Abs
Thursday: Legs
Friday: OFF
Saturday: Chest/Tri's
Sunday: Cardio/Abs
Going to try and stick in as much cardio as possible. Typically I'll use the stairmaster for 15 minutes after a workout. Again, I workout late at night so If I have enough left it me that is my goal. If not I will give it hell Sundays.
Diet: This will vary on weekdays/weekends...like I said I workout late during the week...but the weekend I can go whenever and eat @ diff times
30 min after my first packet (~9am):
-One cup Oatmeal
-One Slice WW bread
-3 Egg Beaters
-One Scoop Whey (about an hour later)

-One Turkey Burger w/ 2 slices WW bread

2:00pm Second Packet of Cuts
4:00pm (at work)
-1 serving of Natty Almonds
-One scoop whey w/skim
360 cals, 15g Carbs, 36g Protein, 17g Fat
7:00pm (still at work)
-One Chicken breast
-Two slices of LEAN Turkey Bacon (45cals, 1gfat, 0carb)
-Two TBSP natty PB
490cals, 3g Carbs, 46G Protein, 24 g Fat
Post Workout (12am)
-Two Scoops Protein w/skim
-300 cals 17g Carbs, 56g Protein, 2g Fat
Total:
~2,000 cals (will be typically more on workout days)
~155g Carbs
