Hey guys, I'll be logging LG Sciences T-911 product starting on Monday. My main goal is to add lean mass. I'll be keeping calories at about 250-500 above maintenance. Carbs will be around 200-250 g, protein around 200, fats around 60 g. I'll be using a Hypertrophy/Power routine developed by Layne Norton. Here is my routine:
Sunday: Upper Power
-5x5 or 3x5 for all lifts(5x5 on bulk cause recovery is better, 3x5 on cut)
-Barbell Bench Press
-Barbell Rows
-Military Press
-Barbell Shrugs
Monday: Lower Power
-5x5 or 3x5 for all lifts(5x5 on bulk cause recovery is better, 3x5 on cut)
-Back Squat
-Stiff Leg Deadlift, Or Romanian DL
-6-8 sets of Standing Calf
Tues: Off (I usually do some cardio)
Wednesday: Hypertrophy Chest/Arms
-DB Incline Bech 3x8-12
-Barbell Close Grip Bench 3x8-12
-DB Flat Bench 2x8-12
-Preacher Curls 3x8-12 super setted with
-Standing French Press 3x8-12
-Push Downs 3x8-12 super setted with
-DB Hammer Curls
-Cable Crossovers 3x8-12
-Machine Curl 3x8-12 supersetted with
-Machine Dips 3x8-12
Thursday: Hypertrophy Shoulders/Back/Traps
-DB Shoulder Press 3x8-12 super setted with
-DB Front Raise 3x8-12
-DB One Arm Row 3x8-12 super setted with
-DB Arnold Press 3x8-12
-Lat Pull Down (Wide Grip) 2x8-12 super setted with
-DB Shrugs 2x10-15
-Lat Pull Down (Close grip, palms facing in) 2x8-12 super setted with
-DB Upright Row 2x10-15
-T-bar row 2x8-12
Friday: Hypertrophy Legs/Calves
-Hack Squat 5x8-12 super setted with
-Standing Calf 5x10-15
-Leg Extensions 5x10-15 super setted with
-Sitting Leg Curls 5x10-15 super setted with
-Sitting Calf Raise 4x8-12
Saturday: Off
Other supplements being used are:
Dymatize Natural Whey Protein
Serious Nutrition Solutions BA and MCC caps
VPX Synthesize post workout
Regular daily multis, minerals, etc.
Pics will be up shortly! Right now I'm about 155 lbs (I know, I lost a lot of weight, I need to bulk)

Thanks guys, I'm really hoping for some solid gains.
I just popped my first cap under my tongue, I must say, the cherry flavor is pretty good. This tastes a lot better than E-911 which tastes like a regurgitated altoid.

good luck with this, your workout somewhat resembles mine.cept i do chest/shoulder/tri one day then back bis abs the next.
i like to do chest/shoulders in same day since usualy my chest ( inc upper) is sore the next day and if i did shoulders the next day ( which involves upper cchest) it would be like working out the same thing 2 days in a row. mite just be me though, but yeah you cant go wrong with power/hyp workouts.

good del chef. i will say you look great in you avi pic. i liked the t-911. you will notice the effects really starting to kick in on day 4 or so. i kept waking up with wood in the morn....the kind your gf wishes you had all the time....;) :p
oh yeah, the t-911 is one of the best tsting sublinguals i've tried. :cool:

Days 3-4
Yesterday was an off day, dosed 2 caps. Today I did chest/bis/tris hypertrophy with lots of supersets and high volume. Felt great.
I didn't keep track of my weights since I was moving around really quickly but I had a great workout. Heart rate was up, strength felt good.
*Libido is crazy, seriously. This is probably the most dramatic increase in libido I have ever felt from a product and it's only been 4 days.
*Weight is still hovering around 155.

Days 3-4
*Libido is crazy, seriously. This is probably the most dramatic increase in libido I have ever felt from a product and it's only been 4 days.

4 days like I said. I was taking 3 a day too when I tried it. At least we both got the same effects within the same time. Prob NOT placebo effect. :eek: :D
Now I can't wait to see how the entire run will do for ya. ;)

Day 5: Back/Shoulders hypertrophy
*Had a solid workout again. Played 9 holes of golf after work then hit up the gym after dinner. Dosed 3 tabs today, 1 before my workout. I don't really "feel" anything after each dose like a few others described at another forum. If you are sensitive to yohimbine you would probably feel something though.
*Strength seems to be pretty good. Managed 13 pullups on my first set today which is good for me.
*Weight is still around 155-156, I'll weigh in on Monday for a more accurate reading.
*Libido is still up!

Day 6: Legs Hypertrophy
Workout:
leg press superset with calf raises: 4 sets
Leg extensions: 3 sets/rest pause
Seated leg curls: 4 sets/rest pause
Donkey calf raises: 3 sets of 25 reps
*Great leg workout today, could hardly walk down the stairs of the gym after.
*Strength seems to be increasing a tad, I'll be able to tell more on my next upper body power day (Monday).
*Tomorrow will be an off day, I might do some cardio on the beach
*Libido is up, but stabilized, not out of control
*Weight is at 157 which is about a 1 pound gain in 1 week, not bad!

Days 7-8:
Weigth 166.7
Yesterday was an off day, today was upper power:
Workout:
-Incline DB Press 75lb dumbbells 5x5
-Barbell Rows 135lb 5x5
-Military Press 55lb 4x5
-Barbell Shrugs 245 5x5
-Overhead extension 85lb 5x5
*Strength was up a little bit from last workout, not as much as I expected. Usually when I start bulking after a long cut I notice a quick increase in strength. We'll see what happens. Overall I'm feeling good. Libido has been a little bit lower than it was last week but nothing to worry about.
*This stuff seems to be increasing my hunger quite a bit. I couldn't stop eating today (all clean of course :) )

Rope pulldowns superset with hammer curls, 3 sets
Dips superset with reverse curls, 3 sets
*good workout, solid pump
*Nothing major that I can contribute to T-911 just yet
*Weight is still right around the same as it was when I started
*Diet has been spot on, getting in plenty of protein/carbs/fat
*Libido has stabilized, maybe a bit higher than normal, not sure.

*Diet has been solid, eating about 200 grams of protein, 250 carbs and 50-70 fats.
*Maybe looking a little leaner, not sure, I'll be able to tell with pictures later
*Don't really have anything else to say so far, not really noticing much to be honest. Hopefully the effects become more pronounced as the days go on.

yeah, im on like day 14 of my t-911.. been takin 2 on off days 3 on workout days.. haven't really noticed much to be honest. libido went up a little bit but as chef said it stabilizes and thats it. since then nothing..
wish i couldve tried it with the old formula :(

I really don't expect this product to have a significant impact on composition. Personally, I think it is a better complimentery product to solid training/diet programs and may be useful in PCT or just to help elevate overall 'Male' accumens.

No real acne to speak of, but I honestly never have a problem in that area. My chest seems tighter than usually, which is a good sign that the AI is working. I always notice a reduction in chest fat when I use an AI. So it seems like the effects of t-911 are starting to become more pronounced.
*had a crazy good leg/shoulder workout yesterday. I superset legs/shoulders like this:
High rep squats superset with cleans
Leg press superset with seated db press
Lunges superset with front raises
Leg extensions superset with seated curls superset with reverse pec deck
2 x 30 calf raises
I could barely walk down the stairs at the gym, and I'm feeling it today.
*It seems like the t-911 is really starting to kick in for me.

LOL I never usually do that. I usually do legs by themselves. I ended up working out with one of my friends who wanted to do back and bis and split got messed up so I had to do shoulders with legs. I honestly didn't mind it at all.

I have about 2 days worth of T-911, and I'm really starting to enjoy it. My workouts have been just insane. My strength was up quite a bit yesterday on the bench. I have been doing 195x5, yesterday I did 210x4. I was definitely pretty pumped about that. I'm sure a lot of it has to do with the increased cals but t-911 sure has something to do with it.
*No real effect on libido anymore, it may be a bit higher than normal but nothing uncontrollable like the first 4 days lol.
*Weight is at 158, so up about 1-2 pounds, pretty happy.
*Today I did Legs power:
Squats: 135x15
185x10
225x7
315x3
135x8
SLDL
135x12
185x8
225x4
Extensions (single leg)
40x12
50x7
30x15
Donkey calf raises:
60x22
75x17
tomorrow will be the last day on t-911, I'll get some pictures and final review up.

Some studies show that doing some upper body on leg day may actually increase AR Density:D

I've seen theories that suggest AR density is greatest in shoulder, chest, and traps. Any info to support or refute that SS?

Final Review:
Sorry the delay here, been really busy at work. I finished up about a week ago. Total I went up 1.5 LEAN pounds. I actually think I look a little bit leaner, meaning a loss of body fat as well.
*The first few days I noticed a dramatic increase in libido. This stabilized over the next few days and sort of faded away but it was nice while it lasted.
*Didn't notice any oily skin or negative sides, which is a plus
*towards the end I noticed some nice, subtle increases in strength. I was able to crank out a few more reps and my recovery was aided quite a bit.
*The sublingual tabs taste pretty good, nice cherry flavor, no complaints at all. They also dissolved much quicker than the E-911 tabs which took me about 20-30 minutes to completely dissolve without chewing.
*I would have loved to have run 2 bottles of this product. I felt that the effects started to really kick in around the 3rd week when the bottle was almost gone.
*Overall I enjoyed the product. The first 2 weeks were kind of a dud but the effects that I got towards the end of the bottle were well worth it. At the cheap price you may want to pick up 2 bottles and run 3 tabs per day for 6+ weeks.
*Overall I would rate the product 7/10. Can't really ask for much more out of a natural product. Very nice product here LG. I'll get some pictures up soon.

That is true. Thats why people using juice blow up in that area so quickly.
That is probably why most studies on AR upregulation usually use biopsies of the inner thigh.

Yes, even if it was just for the libido boost, it would definitely be a great addition to a pct. I would even considering dosing all 3 tabs preworkout for extra energy.
