First impression was the taste was really good, tasted like watermelon bubblegum. Not much of an energy boost, maybe it has to be in the system a bit. No soreness after workout...good first impression

Good lookin man. I'm not noticing a huge boost but just enough- My main like is in the Focus, thats my boost. I'll be following along with you as well.

I kind of noticed that at the end of my workout, i thought I would be experiencing some energy, but my mistake

Hey Patsfan - did you make it to training camp this week for the Patriots? I went to the Monday morning workout to check it out. Brady was looking good, but of course he wasn't taking any hits so we'll see how he really holds up come game day.

I had a really good workout, nice strength, good focus. Started to feel the tingly feeling from the beta-alanine. Plus this stuff make me goto the bathroom...superpump!!!!

Really? I have a TERRIBLY sensitive stomach and have been through a few containers of Slingshot with no problem whatsoever. What ingredients do you suspect are giving you trouble?

wow really that is odd I havent had any issues with any Axis Labs products ??:confused:

What other supps are you taking? Forslean (aka coleus), mucana, creatine mono (sometimes) can make me spend the day on the toilet. Some herbs too (like trib, hgw, milk thistle) if I don't really break up my dosages and with meals.

What is your diet within a few hours preworkout?

What does your post workout shake and following post workout meal look like?

I wanna help you trouble shoot. Cause I'm telling you, my stomach makes me feel like such a sissy pants sometimes and Slingshot doesn't bother me at all. This is weird.

Not to get personal, but when you say you have to go to the bathroom, is it normal, um... production? Or is it real loose? Is this just once, and then you're fine. Or is problematic the rest of the day?

I have no problem with going to the bathroom....its not a problem:D

I actually did cardio today, and took the slingshot, and had no problems.

Oh ok cool. I must have misunderstood the Superpump comment. For the most part, when referring to Superpump, most people are referring to explosive diarrhea that sometimes blows out the back of the toilet :D Ha Ha

I had an ok workout, my energy sucked...probably it was due to the fact that the gym was HOT!!! My focus was good, especially during cardio. Good recovery, no pain.

I actually did cardio today, and took the slingshot, and had no problems.

Worst workout ever!!! HAd to force myself through the weights. Tried to do some cardio on the elliptical and lasted 5 minutes. No energy, no desire to workout at all.

What up Geek :) I think you'll like Slingshot brotha. Sorta like SMASH without creatine and without stims. Just a hint, add in about 1-2g ALCAR for a nice mood enhancing synergy.

Agreed. I use Slingshot when I have a later workout. That way, there's no caffeine to keep me awake at night.

A few times, i popped a few stimmed Blue Up pre workout and then sipped on my Slingshot during the workout. Those were some good long workouts for sure.

why do you think you're having some good days and some bad?

I find that the mood/endurance effect with Slingshot works a little better if I'm on an empty stomach. For example, if my last meal was over an hour before dosing preworkout.

Hmm, do you think your workout is getting stale? Maybe it's time for a change?

When's the last time you took some time off from the gym? Maybe you just need 1-2 weeks to recharge. I am always reluctant to do that but I'm always more productive in the gym after some time off.

I'm not saying these are your problems, just giving ya some ideas to try to help.

remember your muscles get stale too and like diff stuff!

So i took al little time off to clear my head and start new because my energy was dead....Worked out pretty well. Felt refreshed, energized....Good move on my part.....The slingshot helped out as well :D

Smart move PatsFan! Glad the time off got things rolling for ya :D

Just some suggested reading for ya, run some google searches for "Hypertrophy Specific Traing" and "Power Rep Range Shock" training. Both are fun workouts and give things a little different twist in the gym.

There's nothing wrong with your split or your workouts whatsoever.
I'm just sharing some info that has kept thing fresh for me in the gym :D

Great focus and energy lately...I guess the time off cleared my head up a bit. Winding down to the last few workouts....I wont be on for a few days, im going away for the long (extended ) weekend

Not a bad workout after a long lay-off from the gym, I hadnt workout out since last wednesday (holiday). I actually had pretty good strength

that sounds like a great Idea man but I would try it without the creatine first and give it hell and leave us some feed back on SlingShot :D

Im curious about something.....I know after you take something like methyl 1-d you're supposed to take something like formadrol.....Formadrol is a test booster correct? So would be ok to use (instead of formadrol) something like Axis labs hypertest or beast sports super test?

no not really you can add it in there but Formadrol is an Anti E

hypertest is a great A Test booster

What my friend is tryong say is, yes you can run the test booster along side of the anti-e, shouldn't be an issue
