Does anybody known what chlorination mean to how toremifene differs from tamoxifen by chlorination of the ethyl side chain:confused: :confused:

Simply...there is a chlorine atom attached.

Google, "tamoxifen" and "toremifene" images and you will see where the chlorine(Cl) atom is attached
