holy kcr+p, hands down this is the best low stim (200mg caffeine) pre-workout stack that i have EVER done. Cordyceps with Jiagulan and Rhondolia Rosea all in a potent form stack with a few other goodies.

wish i can edit the title, meant to say hybrid not hyrid.

ive been doing this for 2 days pre-workout. i cant name the product but it consists of these ingredients

i would stack it with this

and also lastly i would stack it with 200mg of caffeine and 30 mg synephrine SYN-30 by SNS.

Ive been doing the caffeine along with the Rauwolfia for a few weeks now, but after i added the chinese medicine 2 days ago this became hands down the best pre-workout formula ever outside of ephedra. but its different from ephedra, its not a stim it helps with oxygen utilization and functions as powerful adaptogens to fight fatuigue.. i supersetted legs and tri's yesterday and after 90 minutes i normally am totally worn out, and i was still ready to go. its like you do your set and you dont want to wait any longer because you didnt fatigue. whats crazy is that the full effects arent supposed to kick in untill day 4. the effects last 3-6 hours and they even have a 12 hour time released formula.

cordyceps, jiagulan and rhondolia rosea are my now permanant staple and my dream supplements.

this is my rating for the entire stack outside of ephedra. im in no way comparing anything to ephedra it doesnt count or my numbers would be a bit lower.

energy - 10
stamina/endurance - 10 i swear minus joint paints i feel like im 18 years old again! no joke!
focus - 10
value - 10 comes out to about 55-cents a sering for the cordyceps formula plus pocket change for the rest of my stack.
side effects - 10 nothing at all, as a matter of fact you get a improvement in immune system and can live long off of the Jiagulan.
long term effects - 10 if i can train this hard, i will lose the fat i need to lose. i just need to train hard and occasionally stack other mainstreem supplements, but this cordyceps formula MUST be a part of every stack from now on. not just a part of a stack, but my new year round supplements. superior to beta alanine although i will be stacking that in here and there as well. i prioritize workout quality over everything. everything else will be my added benefit.

sorry i couldnt name all products but i want to give people a good general direction and a well deserving review of this all mighty stack. please remember that im not comparing this to potent stims so any stim junkies would love the additional oxygen uptake.
