Ok, so I'm just trying to get as lean as possible for summer. Going on a cruise at the end of July and really want to look my best!
The last 2 weeks were rough for me, had a really bad viral infection with a rapid heartbeat which actually put me in the hospital for a whole day. When I was in there I had to get a spinal tap to check for meningitus, then a few days later the wound in my spine started to leak fluid which was throwing off the fluid balance in my brain and giving me these terrible headaches. So I had to go back to the hospital and get a blood epidural which left me out of action for a while.
I'm finally ready to start hitting it heavy again.
Diet: Carb cyclying 3 days low (under 50) 1 day high (300)
Training: Monday: Push hypertrophy
Tuesday: Pull Hypertrophy
Wednesday: off
Thursday: Push Power
Friday: Pull Power
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: off, maybe cardio
Cardio will be done every day post lifting and sometimes in the morning before breakfast.
Supplements:
ECA product 1-2, 5-6
VPX Clenbutrx weeks 3-4, 7-8
Bulk Sesamin weeks 1-8
high dosed fish oil weeks 1-8
VPX Synthesize weeks 1-8
Alcar 6 grams daily weeks 1-8 (interchanged with SNS Focus xt certain days)
CEL Formestane weeks 1-4
CEL Suppress-C weeks 3-6
Axis Labs Xtract week 8
The reason why I have the transdermals set up like that is because my skin dries out a lot from any type of transdermal and I really want to use them both for the full four weeks. Also, I'm stopping the TD's a few weeks before I go on vacation just in case I retain some water from them. Let's do this!

so you get good results doing ECA 2 weeks max at a time? how are you dosing it?
i really want to do that but i had a loss of libido and impotence years ago when i did xenadrine rfa-1, but i wonder if a 2 week cycle like yours is pretty safe for that.

I honestly don't run ECA a lot but I've read it's better to cycle it. So that's what I'll be doing. I also enjoy Clenbutrx a lot so I'll be using that too.

Really though, try using ECA or whatever stack you like for 2 weeks, and on your 2 weeks off use a different fat burner, something like clenbutrx, meltdown, leviathan etc.

Thanks guys, anytime you have criticism/advice let me hear it. I've never really tried to cut at this low of a weight; it's going to be tough.

yah dude its so rough cutting the last bit of fat off. Its totaly stagnent sometimes. Ive gotta get cardiodone religiously to make any progress, and its sooooo slowwww at that.

Actually I've decided to use T-rx which is a Thyrocuts II clone. I'll be dosing 3x per day the last 4 weeks.

Yup, definitely don't want to be dealing with any rebound issues. Whenever I come off a thyroid product I always take Tyrosine and Kelp in higher doses to keep my thyroid up for a bit; seems to work well.

im 5'10 and i weigh 170... i think u cud weigh more and still be cut, honestly how much lighter cud you go?:confused:

Well, obviously I want to be bigger than where I'm at now. I'm just trying to get my body fat down before I start bulking.

I think he maybe refering to you using No synthesize. I'm no expert, but You should probably drop that if your trying to lose weight. And Bro, your not fat at all! You slim guys kill me with this. Wtf are you cutting!

NO Synthesize is just Whey/casein/Bcaa's/BA/creatine. I don't see any issues with using this on a cut.

Maybe get your abbs and waste tighter and ripped, and your chest will look even bigger and shoulders. I dont see much fat for u to lose.Not like the big A** gut i had any how lol

he has about the same body as i do, but trust me i think there is aout 15 pounds of fat to lose. im at 177 and looking to drop to 160 with over 15" arms. trying to get the ultra ripped look here. it will look more impressive even at the cost of muscle.

I think you can do it with out the expense of losing your muscle size. Even if you lose a half inch on your arms you'll probably look bigger ripped like you want.

That's exactly what I'm trying to do. My stomach holds a lot of fat and I know it's because of insulin. This is why I'm going with a lower carb routine.

Day 1: Push Hypertrophy
DB Bench Presses superset with Incline flyes
3 sets of 8-12 for bench, 3 sets of 12-15 for flyes
DB Shoulder press superset with front laterals superset with side laterals
3 sets of 10-12 superset with 3 sets of 10-12 superset with 3 sets 8-10
Dips superset with heavy pushdowns superset with reverse grip pushdowns
3 sets to failure superset with 3 sets 12 superset with 3 sets to failure
*20 minutes HIIT cardio on treadmill (3 minute warm up, sprint 1 minute, walk 1 minute)
Diet: low carb day
Macros for the day 200 g protein
80 g carbs (only consuming carbs with breakfast and 2 hours preworkout)
65 g fat
1705 calories rougly
Supplement notes:
-I'll be applying 2 pumps formestane in am and pm
-EC dose is 25/200 2x per day, one dose 30 minutes preworkout
-NO Synthesize 1 scoop postworkout followed by 20 grams whey 30 minutes later
-ALCAR is 2 grams AM, 2 grams preworkout, 2 grams mid-evening.
-I don't really get that stimulated on EC, not sure why as I seem to be pretty stim sensitive.
-Overall a great workout. Worked out with my buddy who's a fitness model, he's been in MuscleMag and Iron Man, really pushes me to the limit and motivates me.
-Tomorrow ill be Pull hypertrophy

DAY 2: Tuesday, Pull Hypertrophy
Deadlifts 3x15
Chins 20 reps, took about 4 sets
Wide grip lat pulldowns triset with reverse close grip pulldowns + straight up pulldowns: 3 trisets
Barbell Rows: 2x20 superset with seated cable rows 2x20
Pullups: 20 reps, 3 sets
DB curls 2x20
Preacher curls superset with wrist curls: 3x12, 3x15
Hammer curls: 2x12
*ECA is helping me a lot with energy during workouts, especially at low carbs.
*Yesterday was an off day and I upped my carbs a bit to refuel glycogen.
*Tonight will be Push Power
*Formestane seems to be kicking in, libido is up, water retention is down, joints are a little sore already.

Thursday was Push Power, Friday was Pull Power, and today was supposed to be legs but I decided to do that tomorrow instead. Did some light cardio this morning + abs.
-Weight is at 155, lowest I've been in almost 3 years. Looking pretty lean, still trying to lean up the midsection.
-Formestane is in full effect, libido is through the roof, water retention/chest puffiness is down big time. This week I'll be using VPX Clenbutrx to cycle off ECA for 2 weeks.
-Diet has been solid, today is a high(er) carb day. Had some oats for breakfast, 2 slices wheat bread for lunch, brown rice and chicken for another meal, and tonight I'll most likely have more brown rice or wheat pasta with tuna.

*Took clenbutrx this morning, feel awesome after dosing 4ml. Shaking a little bit, appetite is completely gone, sweating like a Redneck doing a book report.

Doubt that impotence would be an issue at all with the Formestane.

what do you mean? i meant that ephedra gave me impotence, and it had me messed up for a long time because it was addictie as well,
are you saying formestane will protect you from that if you stack it with the ephedra?

Ephedra as well as other stims can cause erectile problems.
Topical/TD Formestane is so good for libido purposes, that I would theorize that it would well offset that problem. I cant say for sure, but I would think so.

cel's td formestane kept my libido alive even at 150mg of xtren.

Yeah I doubt I'll have any libido issues here. TD form always makes my libido skyrocket and so far (1 week about) libido has been slowly increasing. Also, I rarely get libido problems from stims (Venom Hyperdrive 3.0 aside, that stuff killed my libido even after a week of discontinued use).

These were suggested to me by B-nat. Basically you just grip the bar from behind and pull up as far as possible and squeeze your delts and traps.
*Clenbutrx is awesome. Seriously this stuff gets me stimmed out of my mind for a solid 6 hours. I've only been dosing 3ml per day too.
*I've been using Focus XT with AEE/Cit Malate preworkout and I'm loving this combo. I feel a lot more focused and endurance seems to be up a lot even on lower carbs.
*Formestane seems to be giving me some bacne, nothing major though, just a few pimples.
*Libido is rocking, waking up every morning with a flag pole.
*I'll be starting Suppress-C and T-Rx on Monday.
*Weight is at 152.6:eek:
This week my training was a bit different. I'm going to be at the beach all weekend so I wanted to look my best. I did basically <30 carbs Sunday-Thursday and "carbed up" starting tonight into tomorrow afternoon. Postworkout I had 60 grams of WMS and for dinner I had 1 cup of brown rice. Nothing major at all. Tomorrow morning I'll probably have 1 cup of oats and lunch will consist of chicken and brown rice.
*Did my first full body workout in a long time tonight. Just went around the gym like a maniac and did 6 sets for each body part + abs. Feeling great!:D

*Diet is going great, weight is staying about the same but looking much leaner around the waist and face. I've been getting a ton of comments about how skinny my face looks, not sure if that's good or bad.
*I've added a lot more HIIT into my routine and am loving the results. Just got back from doing sprints at the high school track.
*Switching back to ECA this week.
*I have nothing but great things to say about Clenbutrx, it is really some potent/effective stuff. Taste aside this stuff rocks. Clenbutrx + RK-500 will be my number 1 fat loss stack from now on.
*This will be my last week of Formestane and 2nd week of Suppress-C. Libido is sky high, chest is looking a lot firmer, strength seems to be staying the same which is decent on a cut. CEL's formestane is definitely top notch.
*Suppress-C is some good stuff as well. I've been applying 2 pumps in the morning/2 at night. Each application I'll use 1 pump right on my midsection and 1 pump on a thin skinned area like upper arms. I'll give this product a few more weeks before I give a fair assessment.
*Diet has been steady at 3 days low carbs, 1 day highER carbs. Low carbs days are under 50, higher are around 250-300. I'm very carb sensitive so this approach works well for me.
*I apologize for the lack of updates lately. I've been working a lot of hours and my best friend's mother passed away this week so I've been spending some time helping his family out. Still hitting the gym as usual though. I have 3 weeks till my cruise, I'll be hitting it hard.

2 pumps AM/2 pumps PM. So 100 mgs per day. This is a low dose but it is still effective at this dosage.

any problems with sleeping at night with the pm dose? I've read people say it can effect it. I'm adding form to my pct and I was just going to do do 1 dose in the early afternoon

It honestly hasn't effected my sleep at all but I don't really have a problem falling asleep usually. If you have sleep problems it might keep you up a bit.

and results are impressive man. I'm starting a 3 low 1 hi diet this week to cut down some. I'm getting married in 5 months and I want to be in peak condition for the honeymoon so I'd like to drop about 4-5% bodyfat by then. So instead of having to go crazy im going to start now so I can hopefully Put some size back on after the cut with a nice cycle :D

Congrats man! 5 months is plenty of time for you. I started cutting in February basically and have gone from 176 at my heaviest to 152-4 now. Right now I'm just putting the finishing touches on:D
I know I'm not going to be completely ripped like I want to be on my vacation but I'm really happy with the way I look right now.

Suppress-C is one of the best TD's I've ever used. I leaned up noticably around the midsection in a matter of weeks. I would definitely recommend this for a cut or PCT.
