Morning you want a whey protein isolate. Syntrax Nectar , EAS VP2 are all good choices.
For night, you want micellar protein. Muscletech Nitrotech PM, VPX Miccellar.
EDIT- i meant to write whey protein isolate, wrote concentrate on accident. Thats what I get for posting too early
Although a concentrate would be fine too

syntrax is an isolate, but would be a good choice for morning, basically any whey protein would be good, depends on how much you want to spend, isolat cost more$ than concentrate
like wed said go for cassein at night

i hate to even say this because almost everyone likes it, but i wasnt too fond of it. it is good quality, but it tasted a little too artificial to me-very similar to koolaid. but like i said almost everyone likes it a lot, sorry couldnt be of more help on this one

good quality is pretty much what I was looking for. I can live with the not good taste as long as its not unbarable, thats better than having great taste but not doing its job, know what I mean.

I'm guessing bsn lean dessert isnt even in the same league as the others, since i beleive its mostly caseinate.

well as long as you take the night time when ever you get ready to rest then you should be okay. Nectur is a new one that i am going to try but i would have to agree the isobolics is a very good one for night time
