just to clarify, are your sub-200lbs at 10% long term goals? If those are the goals for this log, it might be a little unrealistic.

Ha Ha I hear ya bro!

I was just referring to your stats of 230 at 18%. Then you said you want to 185-205 at 10%.

Regardless of the percentages, that means you want to lose 25-40 pounds. That sounds more like a year long goal for me LOL :D

I have never had a problem cutting wieght or gaining strength... but never at the same time... I use to be a wrestler.. well still kinda am.. and got bad reviews of my past cuts lol... I heard good things about Hypertest from alot of people.. and my last cycle didn't do didly squat for me... Well My order actually got shipped off today.. so this log might start a few days early....

Post up a "typical" day's diet so we can see how you like to eat. Usually, most people are just a little tweak away from getting their diet completely zoned in.

Non Training Days (changed it up about oh 2 weeks ago)

8am- 8 egg whites 2 peices wheat toast (plain) 6oz cottage cheese w/ 1/2 cup fuit

11am- 1 cup uncooked rice 6-8oz chicken breast (boiled) w/ 1 cup green veggies (steamed)

2pm- Protein Shake w/ oats and 1/2 cup fruit and 1 12 oz fuit parfait and 6oz baby carrots (or celerary sp)

5pm- whole grain penne pasta with 8oz tuna and a light sauce and 5 hard boiled eggs

9pm ( i know long time in between but its 2 hours before i work out and then 9pm is when im done and can eat) really depends on how many cals i burn during workout will depend on what I eat.. I'll try to supplement my lost calories or close to (without going over)..... Thats pretty much how it goes, its relitivly clean over all i would say.. but you guys are the main source of diet for me as my other gym mates.. dont know how to eat mor ethan 1 time a day...

Training Days: I'll keep it like that but add in more protein w/ a shake or more chicken and tuna... another 8oz of that and another shake w/ oats and veggies or fruit... and add in some more cottage cheese and some more unsalted nuts...

ok guys, this is not my rendition of the log.. just a few quick questions for some help.. first off with the workout I posted, useing these products.. I'm very pumped still... aggression is up a slight bit (i have not noticed but other people have)... my question is.. with all of this.. I am hungrey 24/7 now... im trying to supplemnt more rice and chicken into the diet... and well it felt like I was pushing to much possibly with my shoulders getting real sore on monday... anybody help me out on possibly making up a new diet plan to help cure the hunger (still want to be at about 1800 cal's a day after workout... I burned 486 on Monday... and also maybe looking at a new split still 3 days a week possibly 4 working on strength not size.. endurance not heavy weights (well not to heavy).. any questions or concerns you have or any more info you need on it.. let me know I'll fill ya in... thanks in advance

Your diet looks real solid to me. If you're trying to cut and this is a relatively "new" diet for you, ya you're gonna be hungry until your body adjusts. Not to state the obvious, but that's why cutting is tough sometimes LOL :D

A little tweak might be to keep your cals the same but eat every 2 hours instead of 3??? Bnat might have a better suggestion.

i've cut before but never while trying to retain as much muscle as possible... im pounding the plates.. pounding on the mats... and damnit if i'm not like a fat kid on a peice of cake (well more like a rice paddy)... any tweaking... changeing.. anything... training routine anything..

Normally it is a Pale yellw.. almost clear w/ yellow tint...

As you can see in the Post 1 my workout routine.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Took 2 Caps of Hypertest in the AM, Took 2 caps Creatine 30 minutes before workout, Toook 6 caps HemodrauliX 15 minutes before workout, Took 2 caps Creatine 15 minutes after workout, and 2 Caps hypertest 30 minutes before bed.

Tuesday, Thrusday: 2 caps of Hypertest int he AM, Took 2 caps of Creatine as well, Took 2 caps creatine 6 hours after, and 2 capsy hypertest 30 minutes before bed.

First Impression: I did not notice any increased aggression until Wednesday. Noticed as well starting tuesday morning that I had more energy- not feeling tired or as sore as normal working out. Noticed first day using HemodrauliX- Increased energy within an hour of taking it, also when working out secondary body parts I still felt a good vibe/pump with it, on primary muscle group work, i felt an intense sensation/pump first day. I have not noticed this but other people have, noticed a little more tone/definition, have not noticed any noticeable size difference yet, have noticed that after workouts the size of the muscles worked (primary) are more vascular still the day after (routine 1 on 1 off).

If there is any other info you would like to know please feel free to ask and I will update this. I am short on time today, as i forgot my freind is getting married tomorrow and I have to kick it out of town for the weekend (I will not break the diet and no drinking). Next week will have a full blown to much to read novel of info for you guys. thanks for tuning in.

Agreed, especially after running a pretty good log... I'm not sure that I have all that much pull for something like that yet though

I appricate all of the support, Today- went outback and rigged up a pull up bar with some old angle iron pipes and old fense posts with a shivved down hand grips... got an old rubber mat with an old spike mounted to it with my old 45's... chopped up around a 80ft by 3ft round trunk (well half.. my forearms could not grip it anymore after that... I ran up and down my old HS stadium steps... and did wind sprints... i did around 200 push ups and BJJ rolls.. I have an old navy rope that I use (2 of em) and do throws and pulls with those with my old JD behind it... any other rigged up routines you can think of hit me up with them... I mean i enjoyed myself today... got away from all of the drama of the gym... all of the eye candy.. all of the dousche bags... it was one of the best workouts of my life.... I might have to tape them and post them up to show you guys...

My Personal belief is: " In all adversery... the will to win... the will to fight for victory.. weather it it is on the beaches of normady or on the playing field.. we will fight we will win... we will never give up... we will impose our will on our opponet... above all else and the help of jesus christ.. in his name... we will Preservre!"

btw.. rock wont have S*it on me!...

Workouts: this week- had a pretty damn good workout, if you look above you will see my new workout routine until I'm employed again, I had some really good pumps during the workouts and after the workouts... stretching after the workout did help out alot- I'm not that sore from the new workouts- but i can feel the muscle building continue.

Supplements: Aggression is up (not like you see those guys on roid rage)... energy is skyrocketed... like i said pump is pretty damn good... sex drive is up..(more than the ol lady wishes it was) and though not enough time for it... more energy with everyday activities with my daugher... more definition and more volume... weight has dropped (-4lbs total)...

additional info: during cardio will have more energy during that along with a waterfall of sweat (could be the heat idk).. seems to be more endurance for some reason during high volume training and intense cardio... only issue i'm having at this point is a cramp at at 2 miles when I'm running or at about mile 1.3 on the stairs i'm getting them in my calves... along with a little bit of elbow pain...

Diet: though starving almost 20 hours out of the day.. still maintaining about a 600 cal def in the diet region...

with all my workouts being outside now I have had to consume about an additional 1/2g of water thoughout the day... I have roughly 19 days left on this bottle. If all goes well this next week with the interviews, I will be cont. the additonal 4 week stretch with Hypertest...


fyi- My bother has gotten me into the Police academy coming up here in 7 weeks, will taking these supps show up in a steriod test? though I think ern has told me no.. i can't find the PM for it...

and yes.. fight is still on... we have swapped tapes with the other fighter.. the guy is very sloppy on tech. which is good for me though I am a tech wizard...

Let's see here... I train the Police dept on Hand to hand combat and self defense...

the actual physical test for the academy is not all that tough i dont think i'll have to much probs with it....

the academy is 6 months long... and almost guar. a spot at a dept as a dispatch or patrol... I already have an associates in Criminal Justice... but most dept's want a academy record as well... so here i go...

Ok, major change in pace this week overall.

1st. Aggression is uh... lets say... Rampage Jackson in the ring aggression.. it's AWESOME!! I've been hard nosed my whole life on contfrontations (Spelling?).. but just laid back other times.. I see myself now not going around being a "bad ass" sorta.. but just more focused and very itchy to just tell people "STFU and do work" type deal..

Vasculinity (SPelling again)- Up and loving it

Size- about 1/4 inch increase upperbody and roughly 3/4 in in the legs... not alot but It's alot for me though im cutting as well it has been 19 days.. hell idk maybe i measured wrong.. i hope not or im in trouble..

workouts: I am having a hell of a good time working out now... Muscle endurance is up about 70% from normal, strength is up not a lot but enough to notice that I have to add weight to free fall exercises to fell a burn...

pumps- SIMPLY AMAZING this week.. It felt like I was getting laid all week long- Impressive right?

Add Pros: seman volume/libido- Yes.. up up and away! lovin it
Sweating uncontroably during workouts and about an hour afterwords but is fine 90% of the time

Add Cons: I seem to be getting more hair than I already have (I Look like the damn Yetti thing a ma jig)- But I can live with that though Razors are not cheap anymore..
also- When doing alot of high intensity cardio I get very Nascaous (Spelling).. Could be what I'm eating pre workout (Oats and fruit most days)... thats about 1.5-2 hours before workout...

any additional info that you want to know please feel free to ask...

It is very good im lovin it now, the only other issue i have with it is.. seems to flood my forearms alot faster than my other body... so it makes it a little bit harder to grip... but thats an ok side if you can really call it that...

but on another note here are the measurements I took tonight since today is not a workout day i felt it was fair not to do it on a pumped up day... ( i know mondays ususally are, but had to switch it up due to some personal issues with my daughter

so basically stating here... with my work schedule only 40 hours a week and lovin it (well coming up) I will have more time in the gym instead of just grinding away.. I can actually do more than just a circuit training...

by the way, learn's stack suggestion is pretty solid. You're gonna love Meltdown. I'm a big fat blob and Meltdown totally delivered in helping my abs pop last summer!

I personally don't like the RK feeling, but I can't argue with the results that everyone gets by throwing it in to a cut stack.

I personally don't like the RK feeling, but I can't argue with the results that everyone gets by throwing it in to a cut stack.

I was that guy back in the day that was like "work hard and get results" now since i have worked hard and got minimal results from that... time to throw in that x factor... thanks for all the support

I am cancelling this log. With the additoin of a few other things. I am staring a new and Fresh one.

Last update with this is that

vas. is up tremedously. Aggression is great and up. Endurance is outstanding still. Definition is coming in better. Fat loss in minimal right now, not sure why. Sweating is ostroucious- working out outside is very very hot which i think is the main reason, is really only happening when taking Hemo. Size is still increaseing. The upcoming log will have more info in it regarding the new supps. diet. exercise. goals. add info. my stats. measurements. training. and apprication.

vas. is up tremedously. Aggression is great and up. Endurance is outstanding still. Definition is coming in better. Fat loss in minimal right now, not sure why. Sweating is ostroucious- working out outside is very very hot which i think is the main reason, is really only happening when taking Hemo. Size is still increaseing. The upcoming log will have more info in it regarding the new supps. diet. exercise. goals. add info. my stats. measurements. training. and apprication.
