Bump everything everyone else said... It's about time everyone has SD/PP logs and M1P logs but this should be interesting to see. Keep us informed.

First, and foremost...I think you have done an EXCELLENT job with reports in the early get-go. Great points of interest to many are potential sides or benefits which I think you have chronicalized well.
Comments / Questions:
(1) I really think it NOT necessary to follow something like HST UNLESS you had measurements from when you did it last December - otherwise it is pretty suspect, so I am on board even if you opt out of this method of training.
(2) Some news that is NOT intended to put a damper on ya, but the body fluctuates in the weight dept. up to about 5-7 pounds/day. I am NOT denouncing where the 2 pounds could have come from, just acknowledging a desire to be a little bit more patient. However, I do laugh at your "kid in a candy store" excitement. It is pretty refreshing! ;-)
(3) Keep us updated on "back tightness" please as this is seemingly reported more frequently with various dubbing to what this tightness may be attributed to. Hows the water intake?
(4) Trying to follow one thing you wrote. You acknowledge longer cycles potential benefits then submit to a 3 week cycle. I think I have read this correctly, no? What prompted this decision?
As always - Good luck and I look forward to reading more. ;-)

Good response.
"Similar educational pursuits" approximates versus equates. Does this mean you are or are not going the medicine route. If you are, what does your 1st semester basic science incorporate or are you in the pre-medical realm as it was not specific. Incidentally, there are ways to forego lethargy or you could potentially play it by ear and judge by what side effect levels look like at that time.

Good deal man. My first year of medical school covered The Anatomical Sciences for the most part: Anatomy, Embryology, Histology during semester I, Semester was more Physiologic Sciences: Physio, Biochem, Genetics.
I would say you would be in good shape during your second semester if it mimicked mine - It is next year that gets fun...hehe, I think back fondly of pharm, path, behavioral science/biostats...this is where you will have NO time!!!
One luxury you will / should have over your counterparts is in biochem and physio. I find that putting together a knowledge in bodybuilding and nutrition likely made it a bit easier.
Ever any questions on board review type books I find worth it (believe me, I likely have them all! ;-) ) , etc... give me a hollar. absivs_revenge@hotmail.com

Sounds good man. Definately get that water in there. All of the anti meds can potentially cause a problem so stay away if you can.

I just wanted to chime in and say that I am keeping up with the log, but I generally don't post much logs.
If you have any questions or need any help from me, just e-mail me and let me know.
Sorry to hear about your knee.

Don't sweat too much over that Blood Pressure. That's actually not too bad. Especially to see how low it was to start with.

Be careful of the sources that "swear!"
Would dump the DHEA personally. And what is the Liver Care product or items you have listed?
Continued methylated products in the post-cycle time frame following a C17-alkylated cycle would sometimes concern me BUT I THINK YOUR CYCLE LENGTH SHORT ENOUGH TO FORGOE THAT IDEA.
It is likely a good time to revisit the taking a liver care product with a methylated product concurrent debate. If the intentions of the 3 methylated compounds within the first two products you list are hormonal homeostatic balance, ANY even potential IMPEDENCE of that may not solve your potential post-cycle crash.
Let's step away from this idea for a second and suggest a potential solution. How bout - again due to the shorter cycle length you have undergone, you consider starting PCT WITHOUT (GASP - he didn't just say w/o did he? YUP - he did) the liver care and introduce the concept of POST-PCT.
With cessation of your PCT, post-PCT would include the Liver product(s). You could ramp down the dose of the PCT products and ramp up the Liver Care product(s).

Sorry I had not responded to your email, but I really wanted to have a chance to take a look at your log as your email implied things and unfortunately I did not have the log in front of me.
Potential Sources of Headache:
(1) NO product
(2) Caloric deficits (not really the best of planning going into PCT, would value more an isocaloric approach with caloric cycling - but if its working for you great - still say it could be a source of your headache)
(3) Rampage
I didn't follow exactly where the omission of Retain was - solely a decrease in dose, but I really don't see that in my top list of potential etiologies tyring to pinpoint the source - in fact, it could be a worse idea considering volume of distribution efforts. I would try adjusting those three if you haven't INDIVIDUALLY to see what happens. Let me know.

You talk about BP, but I don't see it posted. Perhaps I am not looking close enough. Do you have record of how it has been running the last 10 days?
Additional possibility if not supplement/diet related: Sinus headache considering your other symptoms, but I hate that diagnosis in practice so I am going to hold off by default for a bit until you get back and describe BP trend a bit clearer.
