Well here is my first log on My Phera-Plex cycle.
With the help of Trans, I finaly got my cycle straight to start with and now I'm almost finished with my second week.
Not a whole lot to report. Some small gains in strength and body weight.
I'm 6' and started the Phera cycle at 180lbs. I did 10mg a day for the first week, 20mg a day on the second week. I'm now 185lbs and my pants still fit like before so I figure it must be muscle. My strength gains are hard to determine seeing how I didn't really have a base line. I have how ever increased all exercises per set anywhere from 10 to 50lbs deepending on which muscle group. Not to bad. Size wise, which is one of the main reasons I started the Phera, again is hard to determine seeing how I didn't have a base line, seems to be showing a bit. According to the wife and friends at work, They can really see a difference in my shoulders. I noticed my pant legs on my upper thighs seem to be a bit tighter. I also noticed imediately that my muscle hardness seems to be in a constant state of pump if you will.
FYI, I'm doing Phera-Plex for 4 weeks from 10mg to 30mg followed by Rebound XT for 4 weeks. I'm also doing Perfect Cycle 3 times a day through out the whole cycle. My excersise routien isn't the greatest because I only have 3 days a week avalible to me so any gains I see are a very welcome sight.
To top it all off I feel great and have had no obvious side effects whats so ever. Well almost none......lets just say wife is smilling alot more in the morning, evening, afternoon.......lol.
After reading some more info on AX products from there web sight, I'm thinking of adding Retain to the end of my cycle. They have what they call a budget mass cycle using Phera, perfect cycle, rebound xt and retain to hold your gains. It takes you out to 12 weeks total.
Well not much of a log but I hope it is informative to anyone that my need it. If anyone new needs some assitance with questions I will be more than happy to help or direct them to those who helped me, (TRANS_ISOMER) being one of the biggest helps.
Thanks man.

Hey Trans,
I have a calculated chart but I probably should revisit it. I found it hard to get the good calories and such I need with out over eating. Heck Its been hard for me just up my protein to the level I should with out feeling bloted constantly. I eat 6 times a day and broke my carb intake down to how many per meal @ 6x. I also did the same with my protein and fat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I will visit the links you suggested as well and re-evaluate my diet some more. I just don't want to get all fat again. I'm looking for that major ripped lean look constantly with some major muscle size. I know it will take trial after trial to get it right and time with patients, but I'm in it for the long haul.
Thanks again
Kurt

Just make sure the calories you are getting in are from good sources. Brown rice, Oats, Whole Wheat Bread, Chicken, Beef, fish.

Lay off the junk food, and I would recommend adding some flax or fish oil (if you dont already have some) in your diet. A combo of flax seeds + sesamin is a very nice combo to reduce and keep off fat.

I flax alot...lol
I have a box of ground flax on hand at all times. I also supplement with some omega 3,6,9. I also supplement with Vitamin C. I understand it works as a cortizol blocker in away helping in stoping fat build up or something like that anyway.
While on the subject of fat.... I do seem to have a slight middle fat, not much mind you but more than i want that I just can't seem to get rid of. Others around me say I'm nuts but hey I live for a quest of the 6 pack and that V look from the waist to shoulders. Which, by my wife and others have noticed are getting bigger and wider.
I eat fruit, whole grain breads, brown rice and sweat potatoes among other good things. I think part of my problem is again patients. I want what I want and I want it now. The other problem is I am very limited on support around my area as to nutrition/diettion support. So I read and ask many questions and do my best to work it all into a nutrional diet i can work with from the sources I have.
I won't give up its not in me. I've been told that when I got my mind on something I don't let go until I get it right or get it done.
I've actually thought about going back to school for sports nutrition and diettion. Of course I will need to learn to spell better.....lol
ANyway I've rambled on and will look into my intake totals and sources again. Thank you for your support and suggestions. It's a good thing you do by offering what help you can.
