All you need to know about nolva is it should be used for PCT of prohormones or steroids. The real name for "Nolva" or "Nolvadex" is Tamoxifen Citrate. It's medical usage is for breast cancer patients. It is sold as a research chemical not a sports supplement. This site by no means condones the use of non-prescribed Tamoxifen Citrate.

40mg of nolva/day (one serving in the AM is fine) for weeks 1 and 2
20mg of nolva/day (one serving in the AM) for weeks 3 and 4

If you dont know where to purchase it, google it. If you could find this site, you should be able to find one carrying nolva

I need to ammend a few things b/c I feel I am responsible here for what has happened with this post. In effect, if I had not posted something more, it is kind of like negligence on my behalf. I contacted Chris and company and would like to offer the following:

Wedg, Tamoxifen citrate is the generic in the SERM class of prescription drugs found in some on-line international services. I think your doses are inaccurate and HIGHLY UNECESSARY for most -- you will likely be unable to avoid mild (YET IRRITATING) sides and potentially bigger problems with continual use at this level. You are really messing with hormones yet once again and really need to work with your endocrine system to avoid its shut down. With the use of SERM medications like Tamoxifen, you are on a continual cycle of exogenous manipulation.

To cover a usual cycle 10 mg daily is more than enough for PCT. If you ever purchase them in 20 mg tabs, simply break the tabs in half. I want you to recall that 20 mg tabs were NOT made that way for bodybuilders to use after a cycle, BUT for BREAST CANCER PATIENTS.

Please guys, I advise you to seek out the aid of a physician. If anything in this post was a challenge to understand, you likely should not be using PHs, AASs, or Nolvadex.

Maybe so

However, I will refrain from adding to this thread from now on.

I just wanted to say I was hoping to be Laverne - my mother's name is Shirley! :P

I will offer my input here by saying that Wedgylx is giving a dosage suggestion that is popular on the internet in relation to PCT. Dinoii is giving a suggestion based upon having medical background.

There will always be the schools of the extreme dosing versus the mild dosing. In my opinion, the best avenue is to take the lowest effective dose.

I will add that many people pop nolvadex like it is candy and fail to realize that it is a drug, and like any drug, may product side effects.

Just a side note- the dosages I listed of the nolva (in the form of tamoxifen citrate), 20mg = 1mL. As you know, taking 1mL of nolva gives you 20mg of tamoxifen citrate which isnt even close to the same concentration as 20mg of pure tamox tabs.

You said it best I guess, Observer. Different strokes for different folks.

Nolva is definitely a dangerous drug that shouldnt be fooled around with. I've heard of cases of people taking far too much nolva and putting themselves in just as severe of a mess as people who dont use PCT at all. But my dosages arent pulled out of the sky, thy are based upon recommendations of very intelligent people

Dinoiii definitely knows his stuff though and I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and research low nolva dosage. I'll let you all know if I find anything interesting.
