Yes! Im excited never ran trenadrol and I had good results epi solo.

Ah cool with your rotation. I was gonna mix it up soon, but I didnt want to mid cycle or anything. I will be changing it to a similar version of yours.

Cons: I r sick, got a sore throat and stuffy nose and doing hypertrophy... Not good.
Misc: Nothing special to report in except Im all stuffed up and can barely breathe. I missed some reps, mainly due to my breathing oh well I get them next week.

Note: Gonna try a little experiment this run, doing 30mins of really light cardio everyday liek 150calories/30min walk

Pros: Day 2? Upped weight on almost every lift, probably due to a shitty leg day last time.
Cons: Feeling a lot better then yesterday Id say about 90% healed!
Misc: kept rofling during calf raises. some dude entered the gym in full spandex, the beater and spanx... Christ I laughed and failed on the last 2 sets because I saw him on the last of the sets

Cons: Kinda failed at hypertrophy for my Bi's but oh well. My ears got super red and I got really hot during my lift, but didnt sweat? After I take my 2nd dose of tren and epi, I get drymouth like 30mins after
Misc: Off day tomorrow. Gonna get my bp checked and weight myself. Drinking insane amounts of water.

For the post about the sugar tasting in my mouth, got my blood checked. Not diabitis :D

GP, If you want some advice for this stack (unless I missed it) you should setup goals for yourself. You'll see that Trenadrol, and good training, will get you there.

Hmm, goal or goals would be to increase strength as much as possible and maybe a little lean bulk. Im not concerned with my weight at all, just wanna "fill out" a little? if ya read me?

I'd do cleans instead of arnolds for the shoulder power day. Also put db bench before incline bench. just my opinion
I did bra! member you helped me make my routine? haha. Ill check into cleans, never did them before.

ya, I meant the order that you do them as well, cuz I noticed you listed the incline smith superset before the db's, and I'd focus on the db's first as they require more from your body than the smith machine.

Cleans are great for power and adding a bit to the back and shoulders, the arnolds are decent, but I'd prefer standing military over those.
Ahh, I did smith first until last week so now I changed the order in which I do it, but thanks for recommending it.

Ahh I gotcha, so go for cleans or militarys?

if we decided a mid delt focus, hit the cleans, more power, however both would bode you well in this scenario
Kk sounds good Ill swap out the arnolds for a 2x6 clean/miltiary or would you recommend I up the reps or sets?

Currently its Arnolds 2x6 SS DB Lateral Raises.

For PCT Im running CEL PCT assist, DS Lean Xtreme, and SNS Inhibit E

Not running any boosters on cycle.

Only side I had was a minor backpump, and I had drymouth but its gone since I bumped up my water intake.

Pros: Day 6, awesome lift, PR on squat n dead lifts. I could of got 1 more with squats but I needed a spotter. I bailed on my last dead set, was spent.

Misc: Got my haircut by my gf and one of her coworkers said I was leaning out since last time she saw me!

I think legpress weight is wrong, I just write down the plates in my book so Ill check it out next time I lift.

May not lift tomorrow due to gym maybe be closed. Suppose to get 6'' to 1 foot of snow tonight, dammit.

No offense but that looks like a short workout. If you gave yourself two minutes between sets you would have finished in 30 minutes. Now I know that I tend to overtrain but I think that this was way too short for a young guy like yourself.

I would add 4-5 sets of hack squats and 3-4 sets of leg curls after your deadlifts. Maybe some abs too.

Nice to hear about PRs, give it hell!!!

The key to growth isn't longer workouts or more sets. It is intensity and forcing the muscle to adapt and grow. If you can do more than 3 working sets of any exercise your probably not going heavy enough.

KK, Ill up my weight in squats and as far as the DL goes, I took like a month off and was doing straight legged so I suppose I was getting use to it again.

Yep anytime. Nice logs and nice numbers on the weights. If you do only 3 working sets start out with a weight you can only do between 5-9 reps with. Take ten percent off and do 2 more sets to failure. I wouldn't even count just go till you can't go anymore. I have been doing this for the last month or so and i have had impressive results. Good luck!!

Cons: Jesus christ, rage was like 9/10 Idk why. Was peaceful until i got to gym. Idk what made me more mad, reverse rows or some faggot runner posing in the mirror. Im not one to care or notice other people but I couldnt help it today.
Misc: I could of lifted all day except my muscles were shot. During last set of cable flys, my chest just died... wasnt even tired. Diet/nutrtion is on 100% except for 1 cheatmeal as of yesterday.
Note: BP is fine but upped HB from 1.5g to 2g. Reason being Im doing more cardio but on the elliptical, about 300 calories.

Yeah i would definetly reccomend it. Squats are synonymous with hypertrophy in my opinion. Keep up the good work though. Can't wait to see the progress pics!!!:D

Ok cool, Ill rearrange my leg hypertropy a little bit and throw some 3x12-15 squats in there, thanks for the positive comments and suggestions!!:)

oh btw avi is me today, pretty vascular in my arms now. Usually i get like this after working arms but I jus flexed in the mirrior for shits n it popped.

Ah thanks!!:D I got a pretty good diet going on right now I can post it and show you if you want. I plan to up cardio a lot and cut out some calories after my cycle is all done with.

as far as cardio goes, my lifts take about 45-50mins of average. After my lift I do the elliptical for about 30mins and burning 300 calories. this is done around 5pm. I consume my pre w/o shake after it.

OK it's not to bad. There are a few things we can do here though. First you should be getting more of your carbs from vegetables and fruits. Use vegetables as your only carb source later in the day/early evening. Also you should be having some kind of healthy fat with every meal. Peanut butter is alright I think olive oil, coconut oil, and walnuts are better fat sources. So every meal you eat should have a lean protein source, A healthy fat source, carbs from either fruits or veggies. I would replace the miracle whip in your tuna with olive oil and maybe some salt and pepper. Also why do you eat 6 meals a day? Are you really hungry this often? You should eat only when hungry. Don't force yourself to eat because you feel you have to have a certain number of meals. That is BS. With your cardio you should change it to high intensity for shorter time period. So after you lift run as fast as you can for 7-10 minutes. You can use any other cardio machine you like just make sure you go as hard and as fast as youc an for those 7-10 minutes. This not only saves you time, but will burn more fat and keep you lean. Hope these suggestions help.

Ill do high intenisty from here on out, should i still keep my calories burned to around 300? Or should I just do 7-10mins fast runnng 7-10mins fast machine and just walk away short or more?

Ill do high intenisty from here on out, should i still keep my calories burned to around 300? Or should I just do 7-10mins fast runnng 7-10mins fast machine and just walk away short or more?

I would switch over to veggies slowly throughout the day. Depending what time you go to bed I would ditch the fruit sometime between 6-7. If you are hungry then eat. Never don't eat or force yourself to eat because you are trying to stick to a predetermined amount of meals. If you eat properly at every meal you will still lose body fat and not have to starve yourself. Make sure your eating all 3 macros at every meal. That is why i mentioned olive oil and tuna. Easy way to get in your fats and proteins. Throw in a couple of bananas and your set. Don't worry about calories burned when doing cardio. Just focus on putting foward 100% effort. You should feel out of breath and almost sick to your stomach by the time you are done. If your planning on an AAS cycle still save your heavy dieting for then. This will make it much easier to hold on to muscle while you diet and cut body fat

:D I was talking to one of my friends who is ending his solo run of treandrol and he was saying hold on too. Im like disappointed, even tho Im lifting heavier then I ever did, I coulda did more. Good feeling tho!

Not on any test booster ATM, but I will be using CEL PCT Assist for it. Ill take your advice and start it up immedately if I start getting lethargic.

But I feel like "wired" about 1 hour after each dose (I split it up 30mg tren 20mg epi aroudn 6-8 hours apart) Awesome feeling:cool:

I wouldn't wait! The test booster might take a couple of days to a week to kick in. I always take a test booster on cycle (others dont I know/heard). Maybe that's why I don't have thi problem. I think you need Hypertest 2x dose.

Anyone else agree/disagree?

Pros: WOW!!! 315x2 PR for me on DL. If I didnt do 295, I coulda got 5+ reps. Got the "on" feeling finally:cool:. Either way both were PR haha, gonna try to bust out 405 on this cycle. Strength is unreal. I didnt really beleive it until now wow!!!!
Cons: Shrinkage, I over reacted yesterday theyre small but not as bad. Kinda faild at running, calf was hurting, so I made up for it in elliptical tho.

I took 6paks' advice for squats but I added wrong the first time Im not the brighest.
Didnt listen to 6pak on DL, got weight greedy.

He flipped out and destroyed the machine HAHHAHA!!!!

Ill post my diet up in a second, I almost alwasy follow my diet to a T, except yesterday was a cheat meal (popcorn and frenchfries).

Ya the reason I threw that up as a comment, she was out of town so the elapsed time of not seeing her was about 5 days.

Diet is looking good! Your looking lean in your avi. Great job! Only suggestion I would give you is to cut out the metrx bar. Substitute 2 cans of tuna 1.5 tbsp olive oil and a medium banana. Other than that looks awesome keep up the good work

Then starting with the bar on the floor, straddle it and grip it at the base of the plate-stop. (rows).

Basically. I wasn't sure if you were refering to the same T-Bar rows.

We have a machine at my gym that basically has a bar that sits on a split platform (for your feet).

May not be able to lift tomorrow due to gym closed on Easter, my friend who has the key is opening up the gym if he gets off work at a decent time. So maybe lift maybe not.

Pros:
-Unreal strength
-Vascular, bicep veins instantly pop, other new veins pop up
-Good visual changes, definately can tell Im leaning out/adding mass
-Fast gains
-Eating about 3.5k calroies + and leaning out / adding mass wow!!
-No joint problems
-Major increase of endurance


Cons:
-Mood swings after dosing, like bad. I totally flip. If you know me IRL, Im the most mellow person so people who know me can definately tell "somethings up" I return to my normal self about 1 hour after dosing.
-BP Sky rocketed liek 30ish points, I upped HB 2g/day and its 118/80 now
-Sex drive is starting to plumit. 4/10 Is what Id say.

Conclusion so far:
Awesome cycle so far, nothing bad. My advice would be to any treandrol users would be, add 5-10lbs what you did last time, and you'll lift it just as many if not more times this go around. Strength is sick.

Nice numbers! Why not sub pull ups for lat pull downs? You seem to be pulling about your body weight anyway.

I was doing weighted pullups for a while, just switching it up i suppose.

Weight gain: +4.2lbs
Pros:
-Unreal strength
-Vascular, bicep veins instantly pop, other new veins pop up
-Good visual changes, definately can tell Im leaning out/adding mass
-Fast gains
-Eating about 3.5k calroies + and leaning out / adding mass wow!!
-No joint problems
-Major increase of endurance


Cons:
-Mood swings after dosing, like bad. I totally flip. If you know me IRL, Im the most mellow person so people who know me can definately tell "somethings up" I return to my normal self about 1 hour after dosing.
-BP Sky rocketed liek 30ish points, I upped HB 2g/day and its 118/80 now
-Sex drive is starting to plumit. 4/10 Is what Id say.

Conclusion so far:

Ya mood swings are annoying, Im pretty normal but I snap really easy within that hour or so. Things that normally wouldnt make me mad. Again bad word choice, maybe on edge? i should say? little unclear my bad :p

Cons: Bitter sweet lift, my back just stopped working after 315 (which was like a feather this week) didnt even give it 100%, went up really nice, but then I couldnt rep anything wtf? I called it quits
Misc: Really tired/stressed out and I lifted at a different time today which is stupid. Getting dumped on w/ school work since Monday and its all due friday so Ive been really busy with all that bullsh1t

I don't understand this power workout routine. And please don't take it the wrong way, I'm just trying to help. 4 sets of squats, and 8 or 10 reps is not a power workout. I would start low to warm-up, pyramid to my max wt @ 6 reps, and repeat that set at least 3 times. And why is the leg press wt lower than your squat wt? And why on the squat did you go from 225 down to 200?

Oh not take wrong way at all, was just giving what 6 pak suggested a whirl for squats. I was thinking about going to back what I was doing, im not a good squatter at all and was just looking for suggestions.

Idk what my legpress#'s are I just plugged in 12lbs for the plates because Idk how much they weigh. I said Id ask last week but I didnt. I think they're 24 lbs because they're 2x the size of normal plates.

In my journal i bring ot the gym I just write down the plate#'s and convert it at home. ill figure it out tonight and clairfy. thanks for the suggestion/input.

Great thing about legs... They are the largest muscle in your body! Destroy them! Outside of squats,lunges, walking lunges, and step ups... Go till failure! Trust me my man. Gonna take a lot to make them hurt. If not till failure, just go crazy with the weight and reps on the machines. Sets of 20+ are not gonna hurt!

Just my 2 cents. It's what I have to do. It's VERY hard for me to get a good leg work out in... Takes a lot of time, motivation, and weight. They wont go down easy, and they should not! :cool:

although I agree that you need to really POUND your legs. While on a split like this (hitting everything twice a week). Going to failure isn't always a great idea. CNS burnout is a real possibility on a program like this (trust me I have been there:D ). The main focus should be to put up the most weight possible on your power days without going to failure. I would also recommend lowering the reps to only 3 to 5 on your squats for the power days. Doing great buddy!

Stay away from the smith machine for squats. Barbell squats and stiff leg deads are the only two exercises you need to focus on to build a good set of wheels.

Misc: We had to disect sheep eyeballs today and when I was done with mine, i went to throw it in the old eyeball pile. OMFG, i gaged it was the worst smell ive ever smelt. Felt sick all day after smelling it. Bumping HB to 2.5g-3g depending on BP

Got another compliment "Zach how much you weighing? Looks like you've doubled in size"

weighed 213lbs in gym @ 6pm, Ill weigh tomorrow morning accurately :D

Hahaha ya the disection was cool, just throwing them away wasnt. libido 1-10 Id say about 2 now. Prolly mostly me, but sometimes my gf does stuff that I really hate or completely kills the mood. Im a lot more sensitive to it now
I get those after shower pumps myself, I also get a pump from shaving my head really fast...:eek:
Ill see if I can take a pic of my hand after shaving, ive never seen anyones hand so vascular. Its prettycool tho!

ok, so i am running a sponsored thread on cel's td formestane-that doesn't mean i don't fully believe in how good it is. run some form at 2 pumps 2x day and you should get some or most of your libido back. i seriously swear by the stuff, it's that good. oh, well enough rant-good luck, looks like you are killing it.:D

Pros: Lifts up, vascularity, feeling really agressive in the gym. got a compliment by the gym owner when I had him spot me on close grip :)

Misc: Allergies kicking in from pollen and stuff, makes it alittle hard to breathe. I was getting pretty beat up by the time weighted dips came around, I subbed kickbacks because I couldnt of even done bw x8 if I had to.

Yeah vasculairty is sweet, after 1 set im really pumped and veins are everywhere.

I got some patanol eyedrops, flonase, and some real strong allergy pills if I need them. I try to only take my allergy pills at night because I fall asleep about 30mins after taking them haha

Didnt do any cardio or abs, I thought I was going to puke during cable flys! Gonna go have a cheat meal or something, Ive been realling on spot w/ nutrtion :D

Haha! Try DB Slam Squats too if you'd like. Same concept... SLAM your feet back into the ground as you rock forward... I remember the good old days of box squat. When I was first introduced to it.... 15 Years old and box squatting 680, oh man did the seniors hate me.

Wow, thats a really impressive boxsquat, let alone at 15!! I like them, real controlled and you can always correct/adjust yourself

Pros: Really tore it up today. Got a few compliments on my build as of today. I swear I looked 10lbs bigger, idk why. Had some poppping shoulder veins, and after my lift I went I want to flex in the bathroom mirrior for some reason, wow... I thought my arm exploded, rock hard, vascular, I couldnt even lift it up!! Never had a feeling like that!
Cons: Same as before, nothing major. Little bit of arm acne, barely even noticeable.

I sure will, I got a sponsered log w/ axis lab's new smash. It starts in a litlte while once I get it, but you can follow along with that. It'll put me almost all the way through PCT :)

Weight gain: +10 lbs 202.4 - 212.4
Pros:
-Unreal strength, most major lifts I could add 5-10lbs and pump out as many reps as I did the week before
-Was pretty vascular, Im on day 3 or 4 of PCT, and I must say Im more vascular now? My entire shoulders/chest is all those purple veins and they all pop a little bit when Im pumped
-Gains were awesome, definately a lean bulker. It seemed to cut me up the first 2 weeks and then just pack on some size later on.
-Fast gains, sky was the limit when trenadrol kicked in. Took me about 2weeks to start feeling it. By far my favorite compound!!!
-No joint problems, I was clicking around like a skeleton, but NO joint paints
-Major increase of endurance, its all about how far you wanna push yourself!


Cons:
-Mood swings after dosing, I was "moody" for about 1 hour after dosing
-BP Sky rocketed liek 30ish points, nothing HB couldnt take care of
-Sex drive was literally nothing at the end. Been off for 3 or 4 days, and Im my normal self :)

Conclusion:
Awesome cycle!! Id reccomend trenadrol to anyone, it seems to be a real versastile compound with awesome results. Im one of the lucky ones who didnt really have sides with it.

If I were to run this cycle or trenadrol again, Id limit it to 4weeks @60mg. Mainly due to sexdrive gets stomped.

Thanks man!! Id reccomend trenadrol as an addiot to any cycle if someone doesnt get to many sides. Real powerful stuff, like wow! 5bottles of tren will keep ya going for a whlie :)
