is it safe?

since gear means increased protein synthesis and superhuman powers (lol!) abnormal levels of hormones, meaning you wont lose muscle while doing ANAEROBIC cardio i.e. 25 mins to 30 minutes of high intensity cardio.

would it be a good idea (if you need to for sporting context and not purley bodybuilding) since it would also help you build muscle becasue of capilarisation of the lungs and muscle fibres and better tolerance towards lactic acid.

monday - weights
tuesday - hard cardio
wednesday - weights
thursday - hard cardio
friday - weights

and say you used vasopro ephedrine, or clen (theoretical) or caffeine...sine BP is very high, would it be a good idea to push yourself maximally for these two dasy a week whlie on cycle to achieve the results needed. Because its the perfect time ..while on cycle. (of phs or AAs)?

DOes anyone know where any information concerning thsi can be found?

And i just htought of something now. if the heart is being pushed for long periods of time surely it will also grow isnce its made of smooth and cardiac muscle...

Is any of this in anabolics 2005? I'm aboutto buy it. damn i have so many questions. also when is anabolics 2006 out cos i mean 2006 is aorund the corner. march isnt it?

my main emphasis is on steroids and maximally exerting yourself in a cardio session WHILE PSSIBLY using stimulants such as ephedrine and caffeine.

while in the middle of bulking up on cycle. so tues and thurs youd be doing 5 minutes sections totalling 25 minuutes of ever increasing speed.

5 mins 5kph
5 mins 6kph
5 mins 7kph
5 mins 8kph
5 mins 9kph

and then each session put the starting speed up by 1/0.5kph


has anyone ever tried this? if you're gonna use gear then it would have so many benefits to start capilarizing type 1 so that you can pefrom better in all lifts in the future. if you only use it to grow the muscle instead of condition it..... (cardiovascular workouts yield v ery different results to weights) but the problem is normally we'd losse muscle and it would have to be either or but now that we have these, we can do both.
