Stats:

Age: 38
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 197 lbs

Cycle:

CEL M-drol: 10/20/20/20
CEL Cycle Assist: 8caps/day (split 4 and 4 - 12 hour span)

PCT:

CEL Cycle Assist: 8caps/day (split 4 and 4 - 12 hour span)
CEL PCT Assist: 4caps/day (split 2 and 2 - 12 hour span)
Inhibit -E : 3 caps / 2 caps / 1 cap / 1 cap
Liver XT: 3 caps/day (split thru-out day)

Workout:

Day 1: Chest / Tri's
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Shoulders / Abs
Day 4: Back / Bi's
Day 5: Off
Day 6: Repeat Day 1

Cardio performed 25-30 minutes after each workout.

Diet:

Drink 1-2 gallons water daily
Calories = 2000-3000 / day
Protein Shake 32g/shake - mid morning / after workout

My first time doing a log like this - thought it would be good to see the progress over 30 days.

You might want use a little MORE for a PCT...

Yeah you definitely need more for PCT. I suggest an AI like Inhibit E, and a test booster like Hypertest. Also I suggest a little more for liver support as well. Look into Liver Assist XT.

Thanks for the PCT ideas - i'll grab more. If you hadn't read my intro thread - you'll see I did an Anadrol only cycle 14 yrs ago w/o any PCT (stupid I know, but back then didn't know better either). I can remember coming off Anadrol wasnt as bad as expected and even had doctor run tests on me. This time though, wanted to have some PCT at end of cycle - not sure how the body would react since i'm 38 now.

First day on, really feeling nothing as of yet. Did get a great nights sleep but could have been from the hard workout in the gym after working all day.

I'm not understanding the order of your training split.Your working your triceps after you bench.So basically your training tris 2 days in a row.Same with biceps and back.

Switch it around like so.

Well, at the very LEAST I suggest Inhibit E. But I personally would never run SD without a serm.

I would :D Inhibit-E works great as most people know, you might not recover as fast without Clomid etc but you will recover. Just add some extra liver support, Liver Assist or SAMe.

lol yes that's what I meant.I just don't think it would be a good idea to work triceps the day after bench day.

Day 2:

M-drol (10mg)

Just plugging along, nothing really to report. Worked out Chest / Tri's , then hit treadmill for 30 minutes. Seemed like I could go longer but stopped. Took Protein shake after workout.

Hoping this stuff kicks in soon might up to 20mg on 4th day. Any thoughts?

Had a terrible headache today mid morning - not normal. Eat just over 3000 calories. Great leg workout today. Going to up dosage of m-drol to 20mg.

:confused: My 1st cycle i ever ran was superdrol stacked with hdrol... (i was clueless)..."VERY STUPID IDEA"...:(

I had some bad headaches too...:x

Day 4:

Upped water intake to just under 2 gallons - talk about having to piss every 1 hour. LOL Workout was good and strong today, very focused, and still feel pumped after workout - shoulders / abs day.

Weighed in today - 199.5 lbs - gain of 2.5 lbs in 4 days - not bad.

Will continue 20mg for remaining cycle. Oh yeah, no headache today either must have just been something yesterday.

You know whats weird, I had a MONSTER headache on my third day of MDrol also, and then not again the rest of the cycle.

Still plugging away - I'll weigh myself again on day 7 to see how much gained in the first week.

Luckily, no more headaches like day 3 - keeping fingers crossed they don't come back.

Day 7:

After first week, weight is up +3.5 lbs (200.5 lbs)

No side effects to speak of, no loss of libido. Only been on 20mg for 5 days now, and already feeling the pump. Also starting to see some veins in the arms not usually seen. Bulking up and losing at same time - good. Chest / Tri's tonight - was good hard workout, spent almost 2 hours in gym. Keeping cardio at end of workout 20-30 minutes - keeping heart rate at 75% max heart rate. Still taking in 1-2 gallons of water.

One thing to note, shoulder shrugs other day 320 new PR. I can stop logging daily and just do it weekly (didn't want to be a post whore). What do you guys want?

Wanted to give a quick update:

Arms: +0.5"
Waist: -1"
Weight: +4.0 lbs (201.0 lbs)

Workout last couple of days have been very intense, muscles very pumped during workouts - but about 1 hour after workout, feel the pump coming down. Libido is still up... lol

No side effects to report.

Muscles are starting to feel fuller then usual - no water look to them like Abombs. Friend hasn't seen me in one week, and when I met him today - stated how I looked much bigger. Good news to say the least..!

I have absolutely NO side effects on this CEL m-drol 13 days in - might up the dosage to 30 for last week of cycle. Still mulling it over. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Picked up some Inhibit-E, and Liver Assist XT to add to my PCT at the end of the cycle.

PCT:

Been taking my Mdrol in morning with breakfast / protein shake. Been working out at night this past week though (around 7pm). Haven't seen / felt any different.

Weight: +5.5 lbs (202.5 lbs)

Ok, 2 weeks in.... Things going very well so far. No side effects to speak of. Appetite is still there, no issues in the sex department. Weight is going up, but I'm looking leaner. Still performing Cardio for 20-30minutes after each workout keeping heart rate at 75% max.

Still thinking of upping dosage to 30mg for last wee k of cycle.

Yes I agree, +5 lbs in 2 weeks is good. And I surely is not water weight either. Since I"m seeing no sides, going to up dosage to 30mg starting next couple of days. Will report back if anything happens or have to back back off it. Feeling good and strong - shoulder shrugs 335 lbs x 6, standing curls (machine w/ flat bar) 110 x 6. Strength is going up, we'll see how much I keep once done with cycle.

M drol (30mg) - taken 1am / 1mid / 1pm
Cycle Assist (4 caps / morning / evening)

Upped the dosage of M-drol. Will go and get blood pressure checked in couple of days to check. As previously stated, had no issues / sides while on 20mg.

No issues with pumps at all. Maybe the CEL cycle assist is helping me out, but I just don't know. I've had no sides, just checked BP tonight and that's good still too. The workouts are hard and intense - muscles do get pumped during workout but come down about hour after. I'll see what 30mg / day does, just started today - split thruout day.

Day 17:

M drol (30mg) - taken 1am / 1mid / 1pm
Cycle Assist (4 caps / morning / evening)

This is the 2nd day taking 30mg of M-drol. Workouts last couple of nights wanted to stay in gym longer but could barely pick up the weights. I'll weigh myself again next time in the gym. Buddy seen me again (been another week) asked why I was wearing tighter shirts... LOL - told him they the same size. :D

Going out of town over the weekend, diet might suffer as well as gym time - DOH! Hoping hotel has some sort of workout area - fingers crossed. Will try and eat clean during this time, we'll see what happens.

Some new PR's:
Calf Raises - 330 x 8
Tri push down - 125 x 8

Next log I plan to keep better records of weights - each day in the gym lately I just keep raising the weight until last set I hit 6 reps.

Been awhile since I updated - will do so tonight after workout. Will say 30mg / day split thruout day, seems to have given me little extra push. The weight on all excerises continues to increase - really wish i tracked that closer. Muscles are harder and fuller looking - no bad pumps either. Past weekend, partied too much one night - next morning lower back (liver area hurt some). Also can still get it up, just now can't finish the deal. LOL. Not a bad thing for the girl either. :D Funny how sex drive is still there, thought this m-drol would shut me down totally. Guess my body is different then others. Will update more later tonight.

Day 24:

M drol (30mg) - taken 1am / 1mid / 1pm
Cycle Assist (4 caps / morning / evening)

Coming to the home stretch now. Started having a bit of lower back pumps and had to start some Taurine. Strength continues to keep going up - truly amazing. Others in gym starting to notice the increase in the weights - good feelin actually.

Will start PCT in 1 week.

Tomorrow is last day on M-drol. Will start my PCT on Friday. Seems 30mg was the limit for me, as had quite a bit of lower back pumps towards end of cycle. Will say though M-drol is the real deal - good weight gains, and strength gains shoot thru the roof..!

Looks like I'll be +11.5 lbs while on this cycle (4 week) of M-drol only. I'll keep tracking thru PCT to see how much weight remains.
