I first heard about these years ago. I live in the UK so that doesn't even get here. Its as if te Uk were in the stone age for sports nutrition.
I was in New York for 2 months in SUmmer and from being out of the bodybuilding scene for quite some time and merged into the martial arts scene, i went to GNC to look at what there was. I started then doing my homework again on everything. I'm a man of exercise physiology and science to the deepest levels.

I decided to buy NO2 and CE2 since it was half price for me. 100 bucks is £50 for me. I got most of the supps i bought at employee discount price.

I read ED Byrds NO2 book and the CE2 book that are on sale for a buck at gnc. i read every word he had to say. I noticed that nothing in the book is CERTAIN but a lot of can's and maybes and mights. It sounds very legit but i had my small doubts.

My goal from 0ct 10th 05 (when i started) til dec 10th of this year is to gain 30lbs in 2 months. Ive been out for a while and I'm 18. I know how to do it naturaly too. COrrect nutrient timing plus extra things. I did not notice any perpetual pumps whatsoever. No such thing. Insulin increases blood flow by 100% though. Insulin is the best for pumps. Your own natural supply. The whole point of a pump is improved circulation for increased nutrient delivery and waste removal. For weeks 1-3 my arms felt so good after workouts. But after a shower when i returned home the pump was gone pretty much. From then on its like my body isnt even respodning to the arginine anymore. Doing some experimentation in my diet..its the potato wedges that give me power. For what the NO2 does it isnt worth the cash. the 120 bucks one lasts for 37.5 days. CE2 lasts for 45 days at 2.8g a day. NO2 = 6 or so grammes a day.

As for CE2, It's a good creatine ethyl ester product. But for the price....it isnt worth it. My advice is buy CEE in bulk. or cre-ethyl thunder which is cheaper by a long shot. as for AAKG....same. buy it in bulk.

I have come to the conclusion that ed byrd is a very good salesman. His books and so on are out there to make money. If a product was as good as you claimed it you would lower the price for more to buy. That's what I'd do. More pople would buy NO2 and CE2 BUT!!!! ...

overall ill give it a 6.5 out of 10 fr the NO2
and a 7.5 out of 10 for the CE2

i cant give it any lower or higher because i have not done the same without the supps and have just got back into training. however strength goes up every single session. bench went up 130lbs in a month and 2 weeks for the two working sets. all other lifts improved by 100% but thats due to my diet and training.

How much weight did you put on in two months?

I agree, I think NO2 and CE2 is hyped garbage. I read the books too at work, and they are pretty convincing, but so is the Fizogen book, MHP book, and NxCare book.

i put on 30lbs but that was due to how i trained plus the eats.

lesson learned is buy arginine and cee in bulk. SOOO much cheaper. you save hundreds.
