So due to some scheduling conflicts ive decided to hold off my next PH cycle for a month and figured i would just take this time to try out the Vyper. ive taken one pill a day for the last couple days and will continue to do so for the next week. after that it will be 3 weeks at 2 caps per day as long as i can sleep.
My first thoughts are that this has to be the strongest stim i have ever tried. i took my first dose with breakfast at 7am and had the shakes up until about 12. i felt very warm but i didnt sweat much like i did on other stim products. i pretty much had the same effect when i took it the second day. on the third day i thought i was going to hold off and wait until after my cycle to do it but decided cuttting now isnt going to be any different than cutting after the cycle. so i didnt take any in the morning but did take 1 cap at about 7:30pm because i had to work at the bar and i figured i would be up past 2 anyway. little did i know i would end up being awake past 4 even though i got into bed a little after 2am. so even 6 hours later this stuff has some strong energizing effects.
recently i started a new job and during the 2 weeks ive been working there i have lost about 3 lbs because i havent been able to eat like im used to. so now im down to about 237-238. im trying to adjust and just get a feel for the job before i worry about getting all my meals in. starting next week i will be bringing things to snack on like beef jerky and almonds. i think its too early to give credit to the Vyper but i think it will certainly help excelerate this weight loss. im going to be cleaning my diet up a little but will still be supplementing my usually stack of protein, creatine, bcaa's, glutamine, beta alanine, fish oils, multi etc. i obviously want to keep on as much muscle mass as possible while shedding a few pounds of fat.
i most likely wont be getting a bf% test done, which i dont really care about as long as im looking better. im already leaning up just due to the few pounds ive already lost. id like to get down to about 230 by the time im done with the 4 week run. i will be adding cardio in probably 2-3 times a week on top of my 5 day split so this alone should yeild me good results. im really excited to get this going. ill keep everyone posted on a regular basis as far as what my weight is. id also like to thank Nate at Professional Supplements for giving me this oppurtunity.
