originally i wasnt planning on keeping an online log on this stack, and i was going to wait another couple weeks before making my order. however, there's been a lot of questions being asked about X-factor lately. so im starting this log to hopefully clear up some of the questions surrounding X-factor, and to let those who are thinking about ordering some to see some of the results from this supp. i will be placing my order tonight and will start once i recieve it. ill post my stats/routine/diet/ect. either tonight or tomorow.

that's funny stuff.
I'm about 15 days into this exact same cycle. While I'm not making a detailed log, I was just going to post some pics.
Alot of pumps on this stack, but that's not what I'm looking for, I'm looking for mass gains. So well see, so far so good.

finally just placed my order. i shoulda done this last week but i havent had time. everyone came home from college last week so it was a non stop party from tuesday night untill sunday morning.......
lol, i decided to go on a cutting phase until i recieve my package. i took the week off last week, i gave it a rest from the gym and lets just say my diet wasnt optimum for working out. i actually gained a little bit of a gut, so im gona bust my ass this week to try and loose it, and hopefully start to bulk again when i get my package in the mail

coming up on mid cycle.
Bench= up
Squat= up
Curl= same
Shrug= up
Back= way up
not very informative, but I'm gaining alot of strength. I'm not quite sold on it yet, but I have about 30 more days to see.
As far as weight, I don't have a BF scale, but I've gained ~ 3 lbs. Not too bad for 3 weeks, not sure if I'm losing fat - but that's not what I'm taking it for.
I'm already pretty cut, but I need some real size.

what does your diet look like. you might not be gaining to mass your looking for because of your diet. try uping 500-1000cals a day. if you post your diet on here, the boys will be able to tweek it for you and you should explode.....

My diet?
Well I'm in High School still, so my lunch usually consists of me eating a Chicken Ceaser Salad - which I know has no nutritional value towards bulking up, but all other things are dripping in grease.
They sell protein shakes, but have 50g of sugar, is that a good trade off?
Other than that, breakfast is usually 2 bagels, sometimes scrambled eggs if I have time, and a glass of milk.
And dinner is whatever my mom or dad cook.
Any creative ideas to work in more protein into a somewhat inflexible diet?
And random thought:
I met this guy at the gym, most jacked up guy I've met in real life, and he told me to once a month, do rudimentary exercises (row, bench press, etc) in 3 sets of 20 to build strength.... and then once a month do those exercises in 3 sets of 2-4, with alot of weight, basically maxing out.
Is that good advice? anybody do something similar?

as far as your diet goes, you def want to eat more. on days i have class i like to bring stuff with me. make a few pbj's in the morning and bring them with you to school. bring a bag of peanuts or oats. or even invest the 20 bucks and buy some bars. i know i chow down on met-rx big 100 bars, taste good and theres 340cals 50g carbs 27g protein and 4g fat per bar. as far as breakfast, lunch and dinner go, i would add mabe 1-2 bowls oatmeal for breakfast, buy 2 lunches, and what ever your dad makes if posible eat 2 platefulls. but just remember not to overstuff yourself. you never want to let your body feel hungary, and you never want to feel like your gona explode.
as far as the trainging, idk if just those 2 days are gona make that much of any difference for you. the body gets used to routines pretty quickly, and it really responds well to change. you should change up your style every 6-8 weeks. do 8-10reps for your exercises, then switch that up to 4-6 reps. you can also change to exercises that you do. be creative but just dont overtrain yourself. by overtraining your actually gona loose progress.
keep up the good work....

My diet is really starting get to me i buckled down today in hopes to keep it the rest of the time. But its definately hard when your grandma keeps shoving sweets/food into your face/mouth LOL

havent been around to update in a while.
workouts have been going good. i went back to a regular routine this week.
i finished up that last of my x-factor yesterday, so im goin to finish out with the cvm xtreme. i still have a good amount of that left.
on a plus note, decided to try and max out bench yesterday with my friend. looks like 245 is my new max...for now. that number will be going up very shortly lol. any way, i dont know when ill be able to update again, so when im finished with the cvm extreme, ill write my review of the stack.

Haven't been here in a while but I figured I'd finish commenting on this stack.
Today is my last dosage of X-factor.
I gained 20lbs on my lat pull down, 15lbs on my bench press, 10lbs on my DB bench press -- those are all that stick out in my head for the moment.
I think I'm having some plateau problems with my biceps.
It stinks because my cycle was drawing to a close during holiday vacation so my workout routine and diet got all jumbled up. But for having a week of not so serious workouts toward the end of the cycle I am very pleased with the results.
The pumps on this stack were crazy although that wasn't my main goal for this stack. I'm very lean so it happens pretty easily I guess, but doing hammer curls was the first time I ever noticed people watch me doing reps.
Good stack, you should try it.
