So I see you have PUMP and Redline RTDs,
Any plans on getting Dietex, Zerotein, or Zero Carb and there is another one I cannot recall at this time Chris?
Any other companies plan on release of their own RTD lines?
I can see it now...a CVM extreme RTD, etc...?!?

does anyone really use rtd's. i always figured i'd mix my own. seems cheaper, and dont have to worry about how long the protein or whatever has been sitting on the shelf

Actually, yup some of us do use them.
Wow, if only I could tell you how hectic some 4-day 12-18hr. shift schedules feel. I am more worried my canister of powder has been sitting in heat.
Outside of denaturation, I will refer once again to the laws of nature and how energy can neither be created nor destroyed in a homeostatic state. Your thoughts on its metabolism are through what the fact that it spontaneously combusts. Provided bacteria has not invaded the product, it should not be an issue theoretically - of course unless the macronutrient was not there in the first place.

See I try and put in all the faces and everything to imply tone of my responses and it still appears I apparently am getting upset....
Absolutely not - I appreciate the discussion--> if you want to call me on it, so be it...Just hold strength in your convictions. That can be a positive attribute.
One thing I will not do is say one drink is superior to the next...I think there are a lot of companies resorting to soy mixtures due to cost. That being said, the VPX whey zerocarb drink would be ideal. EAS' Precision Protein is still a pure WPI. Only thing is is that it stalls you some time, and I think it was Steve or Leonard that proposed the situation before where you might be out and need to get something to eat and you run across a GNC, that may be a good item to purchase there. I would really skip over the bars and crap they sell and grab a RTD, an Os-Trim stick and some oils or something. Usually, I do NOT leave the house w/o an emergency RTD though and perhaps a handful of pecans or something. This is just precautionary so I don't get caught without, ya know. I think having a couple packs of RTD's around is just a good backup plan sometimes and maybe more a necessity for those with long crazy work schedules.
I think - while not knocking on all the soy drinks out there - that would be pointless, but ISOPURE was shown to not meet label claims on their products so that is a drink I also avoid even though it would lead you to think it looks good on paper.
I have tried hits of Redline - great energy boost sometime too after pushing into that 14th hour or so. I got most of the wards I work on hooked on em - pts and docs alike. GRANTED not cardiac pts of course....

Dinoii ...... good sense of humor on the CVM Xtreme RTD...... but you and I both know that DiCreatine Malate would most likely not be stable in RTD form.
I can see us having some type of protein RTD maybe 6 months from now, or an energy one, but not until we have consumers asking us for one. If anyone has ideas on stuff for us to make, they are always welcome to e-mail them to me.

Actually we are currently working on 3 different RTD's. I can not say what they are right now until the final formulation is done as I like others don't want knock offs to come to quickly. I do know that if they turn out the way we think, they will be AWESOME!!!!

Cool news from you guys. Going back into the wards. I am certain I can crank you guys some business from that spectrum.
btw: Steve I was picking a product I knew the name of from you guys and obviously I just questioned you about CVM extreme - I really wasn't thinking about it to tell you the truth and way to take a swipe at the ole ego - but great point. I found out about your PH line too late and was just starting to look into SNS, Myochem, Nutrabolics, ALRI - ALL based on the interaction with you guys on this forum. Whatever the case, I am looking forward to protein drinks and already said I had some ideas of products but not certain where to go b/c these are not things released thus far - so we will see. I do have some ideas on things I would like to see, but I will PM or email you for that.

dinoiii,
Absolutely. As soon as the RTD's are available, I'll have them. VPX is famous for advertising product months before they’re released.

that was my question earlier, i also have tried i think 3 in my life, none tasted good at all, i had 1 choc 1 vanilla 1 cookies and cream they are more convenient than having to carry around a shaker, powder and find a water fountain, which there sometimes isnt, and there is a good feeling to knowing you have a backup if you get in a bind

the cost is amazing to find those convenient protein "hits" that VPX is talking about: Zerotein + Zerocarb
coupled or tripled with however you may want to think of it: Dietex
VPX is gonna do well with these drinks I think.
