Colon Cleanse while on cycle

but i dont see why you couldn't take it, although Ive never come across this before.
Why are you needing to take a colon cleanse while on cycle, or at all for that matter?

im not sure of the ingredients in this colon cleanse, but rather than have problems, especially as this isn't something you need, why not just wait till after the cycle to be safe?

Take two spoonfulls of psyllium husk with 16oz of water three times a day after 5 days you will be flowing pretty good. Not the ruiny diarrhia stuff either. Good heathly bowel movements. Then go with the clease when you come off your cycle. But this will basically be cleansing.
