Looking for a low fat, high protien, cost effective product? Here it is!

"Chicken Of The Sea Solid White Albacore Tuna In Water"
The SOLID WHITE is the key.

I know it is not a secret that tuna is a cheap source of protien but the flavor and texture are what makes this product stand out. The mushy, fishy texture and taste of regular tuna products is replaced by by solid, clean, non-fishy tuna. The solid white tuna does cost more than regular tuna (prices are estimates as my wife does most of the shopping) regular can- $.85, solid white- $1.20. I actually kinda enjoy eating it right from the can. It is also very versatile as you can eat it with a spoon, fork, chopsticks or your fingers.

Throw a little red hot on it and it's the bomb. Like hot wings only healthier.

albacore tuna is thicker than regular tuna (the cheap stuff), which means it contains more mercury...try to stick to 2 cans a week (of the cheap stuff) to reduce your mercury content as apposed to albacore tuna...
