I'm stacking Cell Volumizing Matrix Xtreme with CE2 by Serious Nutrition Solutions. CVM's label is posted at the end of this thread and CE2 is a esterfied creatine pill. I started taking them last week but got sick so this is only the second day I've been taking them since my illness. I figured I'd make a journal since alot of people have been asking me about the supplements lately.

Its too early to say much about it, I feel really good pumps when i use them (from CVM's arginine i assume) and also seem to get a few extra reps out when using so far. One thing is they make me thirst as hell. I've taken a few different creatines before and sure they've made me a little extra thirsty but after every set i did it felt like I hadnt had a sip of water in weeks. I speed-walked to the fountain literally between every set.

The flavor is pretty good. I have fruit punch and its alot better than "Sweet Tart Punch" by Syntrax flavor wise. I guess they also have grape and orange, I'm excited to see how orange tastes.

I just figured I'd post the label on this so you guys can see it. Very much like SwoleV2 with a few added flares and more of many of the ingredients.

I did chest yesterday and lost strength due to my sickness. I'm feeling good today and I'm working back in an hour or so, I'll post my workout when i get back

I had a GREAT workout today. My deads went up, my pulldowns went up, my DB rows went up. My cable rows stayed about the same and this was the first time i ever did the behind the neck pulldown machine - i liked it very much. I think the creatines are really kicking in now.

a lot of other companies seem to have two or three products that are pretty similar, and i just dont see the big difference between them, seeing how i just bought e2 matrix i am just curious to why there are similar products

no, but other than the different types of creatine is there a real difference, is one "suppose" to work better than the other

Just a matter of taste. I REALLY like Dicreatine malate, its what's worked the best for me so far. I'm on esterfied creatine/dicreatine malate right now and I like it even better.

I am only answering for our company. The reason that we have Creatine E2 Matrix and CVM Xtreme is because that even though they are both in the same per se family of products, CVM Xtreme utilizes DiCreatine Malate are the creatine source, Creatine E2 Matrix uses Creatine Ethyl Ester as the creatine source. Both products include ingredients designed to help with nitric oxide potentiation, but yet are different.

CVM Xtreme:
DiCreatine Malate is a preferred form of creatine for many users. Most will agree that it is very preferable results wise as compared to Creatine Monohydrate. However, to help aid in its absorption, taurine is added to the formula. Betaine Anhydrous and glycocymine are added for volumizing and endurance properties of their own, as well as for enhanced uptake and absorption. Glucuronalcatone is included in the formula to help with energy and endurance. The B Vitamins as there to enhance absorption. 2:1 DiArginine Malate is a N.O. type of product added in to further increase the endurance properties, as well as to increase pumps and vascularity. Another key note is that this product is not just individual ingredients randomly thrown together. Ever ingredient included in this formula is there not only to be effective on it's own, but also to synergistically feed off of each other to offer a more valauble result than just the individual ingredient responses. Kind of like a 1 + 1 = 4 or 5 type of an effect. We do not include ingredients for window dressing, each amount of each ingredient is there for a specific reason.

Creatine E2 Matrix:
Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) is the type of creatine used here. Creatine E2 Matrix's advantages are very high absorption, no bloating, and it seems to work extremely well even in reference to people that do not respond to other types of creatine. This formula also includes 2:1 DiArginine Malate and Citrulline Malate to aid in increased endurance, cell volumizing, better pumps, and improved vascularity. Norvaline is also included for enhanced uptake. Again, you have a synergistic response liek I outlined above in the CVM portion, where you have a 1 + 1 = 4 or 5 type of response.

Each product is unique in its own right.

Random Notes:
- CVM has more ingredients; however, Creatine E2 Matrix does not need to contain some of them so it is not like they are lacking from the Matrix formula. They are simply not needed and there is no use adding things into the formula that do not need to be there.

- CVM Xtreme is a product for those that love other DiCreatine Formulas such as V12, Swole V2, etc. It has distinct advantages over other products in its respective product category.

- Creatine E2 Matrix is competitive and in my opinion superior to other Creatine Ethyl Ester products on the market. I state that as a matter of opinion, but not just based on the fact that I am with the company. If you do not believe that it will outperform other CEE products, all you have to do is look at some of the logs being done on it.

Synopsis:
- Creatine E2 Matrix is a capsulated formula which many say offers increased convenience.
- CVM Xtreme is a powdered formula.
- Reported feedback on both products is increased lean muscle tissue, increased strength, improved endurance, better pumps, and improved vascularity.

Which Product is for you:

(Laughs) Bet you thought there would be a striaght answer on that. Unfortunately there is not.

Individual response is different. If you have used competitive products in the past and prefer DiCreatine Malate formulas, use CVM Xtreme; if your preference is CEE, use Creatine E2 Matrix. I will personally note that if you do not respond to Creatine Monohydrate or even to DiCreatine Malate, Creatine E2 Matrix will probably be the one of choice.

Oh, just a novel idea that we are hearing from some consumers and Wedgeyls is testing out is taking CVM Xtreme with Creatine E2 capsules. The Creatine E2 capsules are different than the Matrix as they contain just straight Creatine Ethyl Ester.

i have been reading the logs of people on e2 matrix and that is one of the reasons i just bought it, and cant wait to get it.

I had a great day today. My arms (especially Tris) felt very strong. For some reaosn my dips went down, but my pushdowns went way up. I was doing the whole stack for the top of my drop set. Arms are looking huge too, compared to what they looked like before, my biceps are like boulders. I'm loving this creatine combo I have going on.

Had a pretty good leg workout today actually. My legs are looking good compared to what they looked like before. My quads especially. Overall didnt change as much as the rest of my body because of having to miss them a few times. Strength went up compared to my recent workouts though. So I am pleased. Also my pants are starting to hug my quads, which is nice.

Next time i work legs I'm definitely adding volume though. Maybe leg presses and or lunges

My legs are without a doubt my weak point. I've never had to work legs before in my life since I play hockey. I've always had tree-trunks for legs until I stopped playing about 2 years ago. I stopped working my legs completely for a long time, and even last january when I started body building I made the newbie mistake of not working them out at all. Then you have my injury over the summer in which i usually lied in bed all day and did no cardio or running because it hurt/was too dangerous. So my legs lag very far behind.

most of my weights or reps went up from last week. Feeling great, lookin pumped. I'm hitting a deadlock on those BB bench press. Next week I'm throwing an extra 10lbs on there. I know I said that before but being sick killed me. Its so weird, I'm getting 7 reps out easy my first set and my second set I'm DEAD followed by an even worse third set.

i hear ya on the bench but you can do it once you break through that skys the limit buddy. I got stuck at 225 for a while once but my work out buddy pushed me passed it and now i look forward to chest to see what i can do

Its weird because my upper chest has exploded. I went from 80lbs DB to 90lb DB in 3 weeks. My flyes are going up, my other exercises are going up, but my regular BP isnt going anywhere. I think its psychological.

your right it is all in your mind you will do it just tell your self that you control your body and not your mind and you will break through it as my friend told me your brain will tell you your done but your body can still do couple more. Once i got that working i listen to my body not my mind

Felt great today. Shattered my previous weight on Deads, went up in everything else, and tried a new bar for my cable rows that I really liked. Its kind of horse-shoe shaped, better than the V shaped one i used before. DB rows went up, i didnt really like the row machine i used and I dont think I'll use it again.

I'm definitely getting enough water....chest is doing great on every lift except flat bench so like I said, it must be psychological. Alot of times I'll grab db's and do my set and not even know I went up 5lbs until i get home.

Sunday or monday is chest, depending on which one i want as an off day. I'm guessing sunday I'll do chest because it will give me 2 days between chest and shoulders. I hate doing them after only 1 day between because the top of my chest is still so sore.

hey wedge - are you noticing an increase in size besides the pump - i know this is not the only way to tell if it is working but i am asking b/c of the gains i made in my legs with just the matrix of 1.5 inches

yeah I'm definitely looking bigger lately. My upper chest, Tri's, shoulders are all looking especially large but I am noticing results all over. I am slowly dropping BF% which makes it hard to give measurements in inches, but my arms are now 17.25inches from 16.5 at thier lowest.

I had to miss my workout today, which means i do legs tommorow instead of having the day off. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

they were about 15.5 in october after being injured for about 5-6 months.

Had a great work out, beat my personal best for bench, I'm really happy since I've been stuck at 225lbs forever (I think I might even be able to go to 245lbs next week). Trying to go up to 95lb DB kind of killed my next sets of incline DB, but thats alright. Overall felt great and had a great workout. I'll be sore tommorow!

haha thanks max. I'll let you know how 245lbs goes next week. Back tommorow, I might try to add a little to my deadlift.

Starting tommorow I'll be working at my school gym again so I expect my weights to change since they arent the same everywhere (especially machines). When i switched from my school to my current gym it felt like the weights were slightly heavier, so I'm hoping to see an improvement when i go back.

This is what I just changed to, i wanted to shake things up a little

Breakfast (around 8AM)
SNS CVM extreme - 1 heaping scoop

Pre-Workout (Around 7pm)
SNS CE2 - 2 pills
3 scoops NOXplode

Post-Workout (around 8:30pm)
1.5 scoops Isopure WPI
1 whole wheat bagel
2 pills SNS CE2
6 pills Prolab-BCAA plus

With a high protein, low carb snack (around 11pm)
SNS CVM extreme - 1 heaping scoop


I'm going to stop using creatine when I cut (march) so I will continue to use this stack until I run out. I have 2 tubs of SwoleV2 in my closet, so if I run out of CVM I'll use that, although I do like CVM better.

Im still using the supplements i posted above. This is great because I love the SNS products and get GREAT results using NOXplode Pre-workout and havent used it in a few weeks.

Yeah it definitely helped me mentally....I felt huge and i think it helped toward the end of my sets when i was on my last reps.

***the leg curl machine is different than the one I have been using lately since I am back at school. The leg extension machine is actually exactly the same, and obviously squats are the same and this is the first time in a while I have done standing calve raises - i like them better than seated raises. Also I LOVED the lunges. The first time I have used cable machine for them and I will continue to from the great burn in my hammies

Had a GREAT leg workout. I really pushed myself to the limit and somehow I've gotten GREAT strength in my legs. Pretty much all my lifts went up. I'm going for high reps for legs for now on (by "high" i mean 8-12, a change from my usual 4-6).

I'm using "veet" hair removal lately for anyone who's interested. Its a foam you spray on and it works like nair. It irritates my skin for an hour or so but i have really sensitive skin. I used it on my chest and stomache and it worked well. DO NOT PUT ON NIPPLES, haha trust me.

I think I've always had it in me, just couldnt break that mental barrier. Luckily i got frustrated enough to just smash into the next weights. NExt week I'm going to own 245.

Had a good workout today. Got a weird second wind when doing deadlifts but I shouldnt have forced the last rep out because i broke my form. Also my weights went down because I'm now doing high reps with 3-4 seconds for the positive and negative. I want to build a wider back so im looking at this type of exercise....also it will be better on me for PCT

Someone maybe able to help me with the name of the type of bar but have you ever used the Diamond shaped one where you stand inthe center. You don't have to go heavier that 315 and it will wreck your hambs and glutes. Since your hands are pulling straight up the outsides of your legs it is easier to stay super strict on your form. If you don't have one of those you can use dumbells but I don't like them as much.

Im sorry, i dont know why I put "stiff legged" i do mine "straight legged". I use it for my erector spinae muscle group as well as traps and slightly lats. For that reason i dont like the diamond shaped bar

Sorry, I guess I like the NoXplode better for amp but as I have mentioned I like Tyrosene and Caffeine. :lol: ciao

and before you tell me Lean Fire has L-Tyrosene and caffeine. I know it does but 650 mg per 3 caps isn't enough. Most studies showed effective muscle output improvements with 2 and 3 grams.

So I would say yes on there are cheaper ones that are more effective for amp pre work out.

I still think its decent for speeding metabolism, though.

Tell you what I'm about to step out the door to catch a work out. I've been taking 4 caps of Vaso Pump (which I love) and 2 servings of NoXplode with 24 oz of water. Drink about half on my way with the Vaso Pump then finish the NOXplode in the first part of my work out. Tonight I will take 3 caps of Lean fire right now with my Vaso Pump and give ya' all the feed back. coolio

Good work out. No heart attack (Luckily) or real AMP. Got a good pump did bi's and chest but I usually do with Vaso Pump. Felt strong may have been the Lean Fire or that I was under the gun with you guys to give feed back. All in all status quo. Get better rush from NoXplode but Lean Fire is not with out it's merit. I do feel a little wired like I won't be sleeping any time soon so hope there is some good TV on. ciao

Not too shabby. It's obvious you have put on some more size and you can see more definition in your arms and back. After all it is winter like you said it's bulk up time. I was on cycle for 7 weeks, I got nice strength and size gains, I'm very happy and hopefull PCT will go as well as my ON cycle.

My cuts are usually very sucessful so I'm sure I wont have any trouble losing the fat i gained during my long dirty bulk (i usually wont run this long of a bulk, but I'm getting over an injury and wanted my muscle back at all costs)

Final Summary:

-I respond VERY well to 1-T/4-AD, I know alot of people who only gaines 10 on thier cycle and I gained 20.
-CVM extreme and CE2 by Serious Nutrition Solutions were a great kick in the fanny to maximize my gains.
-I'm pissing like crazy today I think alot of my water is gettin out of my system.
-Too bad this log is done now, when ph's are unavailable because I could definitely use more 1-T and I didnt buy any before the ban.
-First week i was moody, broke out in my face and shoulders, balls shrank. By second week i was a little more irritable but nothing huge and my acne went away. Now on PCT I'm seeing my testicles return to normal

It has 3 ingredients that increase Nitric Oxide (Nitros Malate, L-Citrullene and Gynastemma) plus Magnesium Malate which is a precursor to ATP. My pumps are great and energy and recover are tip top too. The Gynastemma's the cool ingredient here. It does all kinds of things besides increase Nitric Oxide including liver detoxifier, vaso relaxant (allows better blood flow and oxygenation)even supposed to help the body utylize nutrients better. Like I said I've really liked it.

It's not Vaso Pro It's Vaso Pump. It's a Nitric Oxide product. (they have it on this site, made by Five Star) I Like it alot and have had great results on it. They just did a little write up on it in Muscle Mag in the back, page 300 something, in the new products section april issue. I'm stacking that with the NoXplode for now and either Myo Deluxe or Lean Body Breakfast for my MRP. I like the complex carb blend in them. I stowed away some PH so I will probably being doing another stack with that. I had awesome luck last time. Went from 192 to 216 in 12 weeks and kept my abs. The cool thing abouut the Vaso Pump is it has gynastemma in it wich detoxes the liver along with boosting Nitric Oxide. So I held almost no extra water. On that stack I took M1t with 4ad (by Dynamic) with the Vaso Pump. If I new how to do pics on this thing I'd show you my before and afters. I took them with my phone camera. ciao

Here you go. This is me at about 192 before the Vaso Pump PH stack. (Late fall) I got up to 216 in my after pic. That was about 2 1/2 or 3 months ago. I've upped my cardio and I'm back around 200lbs now. 216 was way to heavy for soccer. I was like a freight train all north and south no east and west. My best soccer weight speed wise is back around 188. It's tough my pursuit for size and strength doesn't jell with my favorite sport. Enough talk here it is. ciao

Pre workout i was taking CE2 by SNS, and NOXplode by BSN.

I was using 2 pills Ce2, and 3 scoops of NOXplode about 30 mins before i workout

about 5-10 minutes lol. I noticed results the very first time i used it. The pumps and energy got even better through the first week. Also added nice vascularity and thickness to my c*ck, which was a suprise

Try the Vaso Pump if you want just a straight Nitric Oxide booster. (No stimulants.) It's the best straight up NO product I've ever taken. For even more wicked results I take 4 caps of Vaso Pump (1/2 hr before) with 2 serving of No Xplode. My work outs and pumps are out of this world. As far as the lead in the pencil, Vaso Pump didn't hurt that any either. try this though if you want to wreck your significant other with some major porno sex. Take 4 with the little blue pill about a half hour/ hour before you "train with the wife/Girlfriend" and she will be afraid of you for a month. I've done it twice and almost made my wife pass out both times. She made me sleep on the couch after about 3 hrs for fear I would get turned on again. I only use NOxplode every once in a while right now because I'm cycling off it for a few weeks but needed it today because I was dead tired

the first week i took NOxplode, it totally blew me away. I think you'll love it.

The only downside is the flavor...worst tasting sup I've ever had

looking into my next cee product, im not sure if i should go for e2 and an no product like no xplode, or just get all in one like vns jacked or the e2 matrix (liked this product a lot, but like to switch it up, so im not going to get this again) any ideas would be great

another option i was thinking of was e2 and then buying some powder aakg. this would be the cheapest way to do it, and its always nice to save some $$

2.5 to 3 scoops, pumps were great usually my bi's were so swollen at the end of my workout that my hand couldnt come closer than 6-8 inches from my shoulder when i flexed

stack it with CE2 or CEE and you'll be in business bro

I haven't taken one. I have definately lost some of the hardness now with out the PH but my pumps and energy are still going strong. I'll take another pic when I get my camera phone working again. My daughter messed with it and I can't seem to get it off night setting which makes everything look like I took it at night. FYI don't use night setting it sucks. ciao
